First and foremost there was a pizza brought to my house today that was exceptionally beautiful after I started giving pieces out to my two young children one being three and one five years old I noticed extra crust under my pizza as I further investigated I found an old hard crispy brittle crust I quickly gathered the pieces back from my children that I had already given out so thankfully nothing was eaten. I called into the store because this is the multiple I say third or fourth time I've had a problem with my Domino's store and usually I just take the free pizza and go on about my way because I know mistakes happen and people are not perfect and accidents happen. However it didn't give me that option this time nor would I have taken it. I am in complete and utter disbelief that you sent a pizza to my home that was in an old box with an old pizza crust dried to it brittle crispy and hard. It completely ruined the beautifully made pizza placed upon it. I have had many problems with my orders recently this is the first time I've spoken to a manager about it I was treated rudely told it may be multiple hours before my order was replaced and barely received an apology for trying to poison my family. I cannot believe this Domino's really is/was my favorite pizza place. However I would feel much better if someone would just show a little appreciation and concern for the public. Mistakes happen but these kinds of mistakes get you shut down. I will be taking pictures posting pictures along with the phone call that I have recorded between me and the manager Mike. Who I must say was very unprofessional rude and disheartening . My entire experience with Domino's over the last 90 days has been troubling in the least. Read moreI placed an order with Domino's on a Friday evening and specified curbside pickup when given the choice to walk inside or have someone walk it out to me. When I was notified that my order was ready, i drove there and called in and was immediately placed on hold.. It seemed we had been forgotten after a few minutes as i could see all the action taking place through their front windows. It was chaos in there. I called a second time and before they could finish saying "can you please hold" I tried to say i had already been put on hold once, i was again placed on hold. When someone finally picked up, they told us our order was ready and to walk inside. I stated that i requested curbside delivery, he then replied our order did not indicate that and we had to walk inside. As a business operating in these very out of the ordinary times, I believe a business conducting good customer service would have just walked the pizzas out to the customer even if for whatever reason, the order did not state that. It was apparent that is what I preferred than to walk into a crowded pizza shop. When I did walk in, a customer was reprimanding the cashier for handing her plates and utensils without proper packaging. The gentleman I asked about my order looked completely frustrated and upset as he forcefully threw some trash away. Did not receive a thank you, and when my order was given to me, he just went back to ordering the others what to do. I have had a lot going on and had ordered online but didn't send in the order as I had some shopping to do before HEB closed at 11pm. My plan was to order the pizza at 11:00 so not to be that last customer at the last minute for Domino's as they closed at 12:00. However my plan didn't work out quite that way when we got out of H-E-B at 11:30. I figured I would just hit send and give him 30 minutes to work on it. When I got to Domino's to hit send I realized for whatever reason the app had deleted my entire order that wasn't small. When I arrive to Domino's it was 11:45 and I told the worker that the app had deleted my entire order I would have to reorder it again however it wasn't a small order being 6 items under the 6.99 coupon. I asked the guys if it was still okay to put the order in so late. The employee said yes as long as it was in by 12:00 and there was no rush in his voice or sigh under his breath. I sent the order in and they get right to work. In just a short time my order was finished three made to meorder pizzas, pasta and two-stuffed breads. When we got home and put up the groceries we open the boxes of pizza and these were the prettiest most delicious looking well put together pizzas I think I've ever received. There were no mistakes and everything was hot and fresh and with good and my made with pride. With all the chaos going on in my life these two gentlemen made my crazy day and a good positive note.
