This is my final review of this place. After visiting periodically over 10 times in the last year or so, I have decided this may be one of the worst Pho restaurants in town. "Oh, but if it's one of the worst, why have you been 10 times??" LISTEN. I live 2 minutes away, okay?? The review: The first time I ever visited this place, the employee who handled our food was picking his nose when we entered the restaurant. That man was digging for gold. On this same visit, meatballs tasted off, like they had expired. I decided it was a fluke and came back only for this place to serve me a bubble tea that had rock-hard frozen boba in it. I tried to be polite but I bad to return it, it was inedible, unfortunately. It just seems like they don't care about quality. The amount of protein included in the pho is consistently underwhelming. The soup has a 50% chance of being lukewarm. The limes are frozen and lose their juice by the time they make it to the table, and the other veggies look sad. Also, the NOODLES. They are ALWAYS served stuck in a tight ball in the middle of the bowl, and they fall apart into tiny pieces when you try to pick them up. They do not hold their shape. I initially thought this was a case of an old set of noodles or something, but I have been disappointed by this every single time I come here. The fresh spring rolls are also quite flavorless, as they only have rice noodle, cucumber, lettuce and shrimp inside. That's it. The most basic spring roll I've encountered anywhere. Overall, there isn't anything outstanding about this spot besides how mediocre it is. I really hope the owner/manager quits cutting corners and starts valuing the quality of their products.

Called around 1:30pm Thursday to order two bahn mi sandwiches and fresh spring rolls. My expectations weren't high but the menu is posted online and I knew the pricing from being able to order through DoorDash. I called to place the order in order to save the location any fees they have from using apps. I arrive to pick up my order and was charged $25.26. For reference when you order off of DoorDash the order should've been $20 (screenshot attached), and if you see the menu posted on their Google profile you'd see the sandwiches are each listed at under $6. I knew after hearing the price discrepancy that I wouldn't return, but I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt that maybe these banh mis were just better or bigger and they had price adjustments. I come from a high cost of living area so I don't mind paying more for food if it's worth the price. When I got home and unraveled the Banh Mi I realized it was probably the biggest ripoff I'd seen. Picture attached if of the inside of the sandwich with barely any contents (barely any meat). Nothing came with the sandwich at that price. Additionally the fresh spring rolls were similarly lacking much shrimp (only had two small pieces). But I gave it the benefit of the doubt and decided to try it in case the sandwich was somehow still that good to justify the price. To nobody's surprise it wasn't and at best would be considered a mediocre bahn mi. Overall conclusion: this location not only has subpar food, but if for whatever reason you want half empty sandwiches that don't taste special it would be better to order through DoorDash because they will overcharge you if you go in person or call ahead.

What can I say about this place? Their summer rolls get smaller, they’re a little tight with their chili oil and peppers, but with a little struggle, they give you what you need. It has been my go to place for when I crave Pho or Summer Rolls because of how close they are to where I live. Today, I ate dinner there with my youngest and brought my eldest daughter a Pho with rare steak and veggies. The veggies came in a side plate. My daughter added the veggies into the soup and as she was about to eat this piece of broccoli, she noticed a critter. How sad that they ruined her experience and mine when she came and showed me because my stomach can’t handle these things well. I felt like my food came back up and was about to be regurgitated. I felt sick for hours but held myself back to not throw up. Obviously, my daughter stopped eating and felt disgusted. All this means that they do not wash veggies well and rush the process. Please wash them very well, and do not do this to your clients. We do not deserve this after a long day of work.

The place is very clean and server was very nice However there are few things to be check First of all our pho wasn't hot it's because you add the cold noodles therefore the soup gets cold also wasn't cooked it was hard this is not a good impression for customer I saw many other people complain about this after Also we tried the bahn me was good but there was not enough meat it is because the price I understand but you should charge more do better We order 2 times the boba was soggy and too sweet and the boba was bad we still paid for You using only syrup and to make real boba you need to use powder as well and also I don't complain to paid just want to suggest to not sell the boba at all you are just selling something that is not for you guys sell lemonade or ice tea make it fresh daily without damaging your image you are just selling something that is not made properly and at the same time damaging your image We spent around $50 not going back for sure You need to be honest so customers appreciates it and comes back and will bring their friends and families Hopefully manager or owner sees and fix this otherwise people won't come back You have nice clean store with good employee just make sure do the proper way the business Focus one thing not to sell everything Your store is pho focus on that make sure prepare Hot and cooked properly the noodles is...
