Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in San Antonio

I ordered at 4pm to be delivered at 7. At 6:38 pm a quality check was done on my order after that my order sat in the warmer or on top of the oven. I patiently waited obviously they are busy. At 7:36 I called to find out how much longer do I have to wait for an order that was called in at 4 to be delivered at 7? I was told that "they were very busy cause people aren't cooking cause the next day is Thanksgiving". Then she tells me I could come get it. I told her I can't come and get it that's the whole point of delivery. I don't own a car. No apology no attempt to make anything right. I cancelled the order. I worked in Pizza King restaurants before moving here I know how to make my own pizza. Fresh ingredients and hot from my oven everybody should do this. Why give your money to a careless and uncaring business when you can do this at your house. I pity the owner of this store. Employees that know nothing about good customer service, lack of people skills, don't know how to prioritize orders and know nothing about time...

Oksy so i walk in there is a girl making the dough a kid a man in the back behind the box's the girl does actually acknowledge me so i plug my phone ask them if they have any specials no response so i ask again, again no response i ask a third time again no response. So I call my kid ask them do you want pizza im here at Dominos, he's like egg? I really wanted Mexican i tell him thats fine I'm gonna get pizza for me and your dad, i hang up with him I proceed to ask again do you have any specials, again no freaked response another man comes in, i ask again do you have any specials the girl comes up to the counter and as can i help you, I'm like I've only been asking i dont know how many times in a sarcastic mammer....... People if you dont like your jobs get the f**k out , find something that you like because your attitude sucks. Nobody wants to come into a establishment with employees like your, to the manager step up on your skills, to the owner you need to send in secret customers. Food is good though customer ...

Very disappointed! Last time I ordered from them there was almost no cheese and the pizzas were so skimpy on the toppings it was a joke! I also ordered a thin crust pizza and it was way over cooked! the little cheese that was there was dryed out and brown! I spoke to the guy working there and he looked at me like I was crazy and said, "it can't be over cooked because we cook all our pizzas the same amount of time!" I said, "so you cook a deep dish pan pizza the same as a thin crust? And you don't think the thin crust would get over cooked?" It had apparently never occurred to him! They did replace the pizzas, but they were still very skimpy! I'm talking 8 see-through thin slices of pepperoni on a whole large pizza! When I complained to their website, after the initial auto-reply acknowledgment that they had received my complaint, no one ever contacted me! Don't waste your money there! Seriously!
