I just saw my waitress BITING HER NAILS as she was walking into the kitchen, came out with a tray of food to serve to another table….in no way did she have time to wash her hands within the 5 seconds she was back there.

Also, when refilling our beverages, she reached across members of our party, LITERAL ARMPIT IN FACE instead of walking around to the other side of the table to refill the drinks.

Food was okay. Beans tasted like very similar to the Rosita’s Refried Beans from the can. Tortillas were cooked on the outside but raw on the inside…tortillas were a little on the thicker side. Cheese enchiladas could have been better but they decided to use that fake cheese today for some reason, the kind that is waxy and gets hard real fast.

I was also the last to get my food and honestly, the waitress totally forgot about me and my big empty space in front of me after everyone was served. I waited thinking she went back for my plate but instead came out with a tray for another table and when walking by us, she asked if everything was okay with our food. When we told her she forgot my plate, she said oh shoot and asked what I had, (Catfish and Shrimp,) she looked at the tray she carrying and gave me someone else fish and shrimp off of it and left us to serve the one plate the was left on her tray to the couple at the other table and ran to the kitchen to replace the plate she gave me…poor couple had to wait an additional 10 minutes for their second plate while the one they had was just sitting there before they started eating.

I hope this helps with your decision on whether to eat here or decide on Bud Jones across the street but either way, you’ll probably be getting the same quality service from...

We placed 5 big orders this morning to go and in person, sent our porter from work to get everything for us, each order written down. Charged correctly for each order and when the food arrived back at work we were missing one taco. Called Don Pedro's to inform of the 1 taco being short. I was placed on hold and eventually a few mins later hung up on. I called back, was lied to about the managers name and then finally Ariel the manager came on said she was going to check the cameras to verify all the tacos got placed in the bag, never even asking me which taco it was. Making me feel like a liar. I am not going to call for one taco, go thru all the trouble of having to send my porter back for 1 taco if it was not certain that a taco was missing but it's the principle of how she handled the entire call. That was poor customer service on Ariels part and above all else, she could not even apologize for any inconvenience. I am a manager too and I could have done 100x better anyway! Customer service has gone down severely. It's such a shame especially coming from a place where I grew up eating from since I was a little girl. Was even going to take my mother in law for breakfast there this weekend for her birthday but not after all. We will find another place who appreciates...

We’re long time customers at this location and tonight I was very disappointed. We came here to celebrate my grandmother’s birthday and everything was absolutely awful. Now, I understand having a bit of a wait time for seating and food arrival because of the holiday weekend, but that was not an excuse for poor service. Our waitress took well over ten minutes after we were seated to come and take our drink order, then even longer to come and get our meal orders. When our food finally arrived, my sister’s plate wasn’t at all what she was expecting and she asked for something different. She hadn’t eaten any of the food, so we didn’t think it would be a big deal if she had her meal replaced with something else but we were informed that we would be charged for both. This was an issue, as it would be to anyone, so we asked to speak to a manager who was very unhelpful and rude. After a bit of haggling, she begrudgingly took the uneaten meal off our bill. The staff continued to treat us disrespectfully in many indirect ways and made the rest of our dining experience very unpleasant. So, if you’re looking for a restaurant to accommodate you in exactly the ways you WANT and you’re PAYING for, this is not the best...
