A standout location is the Dunkin' at 1525 Southwest Military Drive in San Antonio, Texas. This store exemplifies efficiency with a strong emphasis on drive-thru service and a small sit-down area. The staff is consistently courteous and quick, ensuring a pleasant experience whether you're on the go or stopping in.

After reading through all the reviews about this location it all makes sense now. It was my first and last time stopping by this one. Krystal with a “k” or whatever her name is was incredibly rude! Didn’t give me my whole order. Didn’t even look at me when she handed me my coffee out the window then proceeded to close the window not letting me say a single word. I sat there honking for the other half of my donuts when she came back laughing. I told her how incredible rude she was being and she proceeded to LAUGH at me. I said “ma’am you slammed the window and didn’t even give me a second to speak.” She straight up said “this is slamming” and slammed the window again!!! Laughing!!!! I had to go inside to get her name and the managers name because she was laughing and refused to give me anything!!! She laughed the whole time in my face! This is why you work at a fast food establishment honey. You will never go anywhere with that attitude and mentality. Now you have the day you deserve. I get why they won’t put our good coffee shops on this side of town now. 🥱🤣🤣🤣 You put coffee shops around trash you get trash that works...

I never thought I’d have to write this review because I truly love coffee, and I was so excited when this shop opened just two blocks from my home. I’ve been a regular since they first started, but unfortunately, the service has been consistently disappointing.

They have made mistakes with my drinks every single time. The managers, especially the female manager, refuse to accommodate any customizations but are quick to charge extra for them. This applies to the food as well. When I’ve asked them to fix an order, they gaslight my family, making us feel like we were in the wrong for wanting the drink we paid for. The defensiveness and bad attitude from the managers have made it impossible to enjoy our visits. You can approach them kindly, and it won't matter. Hopefully, it changes for other customers.

I held off writing this review, hoping the issues were just growing pains from being new, but nothing has improved.
