Usually have a good experience at this location, with the regular floor employees. However, whenever I do have a problem at this location, its always with a manager. Today, I pulled up and ordered the same thing as I did yesterday. My order came out to under $6.50. Today upon ordering, the manager told me my order was $8.10. I told her that that's not right, and that yesterday it was almost $2 less expensive. She told me that her screen says $8.10, and I in turn told her I won't be paying that price. I parked across the street, and ordered the same thing on the app minus an extra flavor shot, and it came out to $6.27. I go back to pick up my order, and showed the manager how much I was charged, and she argued that a flavor shot that's 10 cents is the reason it rang up $2 more expensive, and in a rude manner, told me i should just use the app from now on. She also closed the window on me, and said bye in a condescending manner, after I told her she was purposely overcharging people. I called the Potranco location, and had them ring up my exact order she was charging me $8.10, and it rang up as $6.27. I called corporate, and they told me the same thing. I have Dunkin customers that come into my job, and they never have anything good to say about the afternoon crew, and I can definitely see why. If you dont wanna get scammed or overcharged by the afternoon manager, id either go in the AM, or order off the app. The manager at this location...
Read moreThe lobby was closed due to short staff which is fine. We went to the drive thru and asked if we could see the birthday cakes. The gentleman told us we could come in and look at the cakes to choose the one we wanted. We went in and started looking at the cakes when a girl (Janelle) came up behind us and started raising her voice at the guy who let us in. She rolled her eyes and walked away. Also a guy behind the counter started yelling as well about letting us in. It was very uncomfortable for us and for my son who was excited to pick out a birthday cake. She then asked from across the room what we were looking for. I told her we were picking out a cake. I felt like she was trying to rush us out. I asked her if she wanted us to go back into the drive thru so they could show us the cakes there. She responded with “well you can take pictures yourself”. The entire experience was really uncomfortable and if she had a problem with the guy letting us in she should have waited till we were gone and talked to him about it. Not give us attitude and make us feel like we were a problem. I got the feeling she was in charge and I feel really bad for the guy who let us in. He was very kind and had great customer service. Read moreUsed to be a regular here, people knew my dog and I by name...obtained Boosted status within 2-3 weeks type frequent...stopped coming because the old crew quit due to poor managment, and service declined all around as a result (wait times/customer service)...went to Dutch Bros for awhile and enjoyed their customer service, but started working at a new location across the street from this Dunkin, so i decided to give them another chance... the first few times went great...today however, even though I've asked 3 times prior within the last 2 weeks and was never charged...the manager decided he was gonna give me a hard time and insist i pay whole dollar to top off my coffee with a literall splash of milk today, when i asked for light ice...even though he didn't charge me the literal day b4...a gallon of milk is less than $4, and yall wanna charge a dollar for a sips worth of milk...Dutch Bros will add milk to light ice drinks for free without people having to ask...it's something they just do...so I'll just bring my business back to Dutch Bros, after I get my free drink...this Dunkin Donuts...
