Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in San Antonio

10/29/25. Stopped by for the Pin drop today. it would have been nice it they would have mix up the pins a lot better. All 5 of mine were the same I do understand there is a chance of duplicates but not all 5 all I had ordered 5 lavender black teas and only the one I would be drinking at the moment had the lavender. 😢. Still Love my Dutch. Always will!!! Just a little disappointed. Photo attached

Please Get Rid of ARIE SHE DOES NOT AND HAS NEVER REPRESENTED WHAT DUTCH BROS IS ABOUT!!! In the like 2 years she’s been then there I have never seen her crack a smile!!! I have been a huge fan of Dutch Bros since moving to Eugene, Or in 1994. I love have loved EVERYTHING about Dutch Bros. Great coffee, giving back to the community and giving to great causes for kids and of course ALS. The thing I love most about Dutch Bros. Is their Dutch Luv, Radiate Kindness culture. I was so excited when Dutch Bros came to San Antonio and when they opened the Huebner location. The crew there has been amazing, except for 1 person. She tends to have a bad attitude, is short when speaking to customers, doesn’t at all in any way shape or form have the Dutch Bros sport of kindness, she is not polite very just bothered that she has to be outside taking your order. I hate say because of her I have tipped way less or not at all and there have been times I’ve seen her working and just left and went to the Bandera location. I did ask and was told her name is Arie. I would like to say that other than this 1!person the “HUEBNER HOTTIES” are amazing. They have seen me thru 2 shoulder surgeries, heart stents, a job loss, end of my marriage, my mother’s heart attack, and so so much more that we have share in the good just laughing and sharing the kindness and Dutch Luv. This is why wven tho there are 6 locations closer to where I live now I will always go to Huebner . I’m sorry...

I’ve been wanting to try Dutch brothers for a while now. We went today around 5 pm. The service was amazing. Everyone was super friendly which I appreciate. The strawberry lemonade was huge but a bit too sweet for my liking and I didn’t like the artificial flavor in the lemonade. I got the golden eagle drink iced and tbh I didn’t love it. It was just okay. Didn’t taste like caramel and was lacking a lot of sugar. Just tasted like plain iced unsweetened coffee. I went home and added some sugar and chocolate syrup and it was better but I’d compare it to my iced coffee I’d get at McDonald’s for $1. I was disappointed at the drinks for $10 but I might give it another try and just customize my drink. It was my first time ever trying Dutch brothers coffee and I am definitely sad. I give the coffee a 2 out of 5 if I’m being honest but I’ll give 3 stars because the service was great.

Update I went back to give them another try. I got the picture perfect large. I definitely enjoyed this one much better but still think I’d like it with either more caramel or maybe white chocolate mocha. I will definitely give them another try. They were very nice even through they were super busy. I would definitely give this a 4/5 stars though. The new photos of the chocolate drink is the one I got today. Plus they send you a birthday drink so this was 100% free and they even told me happy birthday which was so nice. I’d give them a try but you may have to try a few things out before you find one you love which is...

Usually Dutch Bros is known for their stand out customer service! It's the main reason people choose them over other coffee shops. However the employee Arianna took my order today at 3:45p on July 18th and did not offer a single smile, friendly hello or acknowledging demeanor. She made me feel like I was in trouble for being there with how unwelcoming she was. I usually LOVE to tip a friendly smile but I did not this time. When I didn't she became even more mean and quickly handed me my drink with no eye contact or friendly "have a good day" and scurried quickly away from the window. There was no one behind me for a while so there was no need to rush. My drink was not made correctly but I was too afraid to ask for a correction. We all have our days of discomfort and not wanting to be at work, so I didn't even want to write this review however I could feel she was intentionally being mean and unwelcoming.... It may seem small but just came from the hospital and specifically went to Dutch bros for an emotional pick me up. I won't be returning if this is the new norm of acceptance of customer service...
