Okay I stopped after work today. I wanted a coffee but wasnāt sure and I drive past every single day on the way home and always forget to take the exit to get there. Today I definitely made sure to NOT miss the exit. I pull up, thereās no one so I sit at the menu for a moment. I absolutely can not stand their menu. I canāt understand it. However. This does not mean I donāt want something. Seeing as tho I like chai and they had something that was chai latte related. Okay Iāll get that. Wrong, so wrong. I get to the window and out pops the sweetest young lady. Izzy. I asked if she liked the campfire (? Maybe it was something else, campfire just sounds right and I am probably wrong but whatever) and she said she thought it was sweet but that it wasnāt bad if that is your thing. And while, yea sure, I can do some pretty sweet coffee at times⦠that wasnāt what I was thinking. I asked her what her favorite is. Again this is my 2nd time visiting. I have no idea how to order. Either way. She answered all my questions and I ended up ordering what she suggested (white mocha nitro) and added a soft top (because itās what I loved about the first time I ever had Dutch Bros before). She chatted with me constantly and it was genuine chatting not just idle conversation. Over all, it was great and definitely the perfect way to end...

Itās like Dutch Bros bottled happiness, added a shot of adrenaline, and poured it over ice.
But what sets them apart is the culture. Dutch Bros feels like a community ā upbeat music, conversations that feel like friendships, and a menu thatās as fun and energetic as the people making it. Itās a place where coffee is more than a beverage ā itās a lifestyle.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis location is pretty disappointing today 6/20 makes my 3rd visit. As I only visit if I'm in Alamo ranch area. My first visit was ok they didn't have any sugar free Carmel, 2nd visit I wanted to try a lemonade and they don't make sugar free lemonade, no other recommendations were made and the staff member made me feel rushed because i didnt immediately know what i wanted instead,so I left without a purchase. Today I ordered a large sugar free frozen golden eagle with banana and soft top. The tablet was having issue ordering this so he changed it manually. While waiting at the window for my drink, i was being informed about their sugar free options ( i asked) I was handed my drink and didn't immediately check my order to finish hearing about SF options. Drove off and I got a good drink in when i realized it was not the sugar free drink i ordered. And ended up waiting in the drive through line again to be remade. Then i was made aware, it was made with the premixed frozen mix which is NOT sugarfree. Although my drink was remade and the curbside and window service is always great the product isn't. I personally will not be returning to...
