Honestly 1⭐️ for service but 3 for a decent good drink. I was here this week and today. I hate saying this but we had an crappy experience. Not with the drink or our order. But the service, or lack there of. The tall Asian guy was by himself. I ordered a drink on the kiosk. He put my drink on the counter and I did not hear him call out my drink. I just saw it there. Not one word. Not a hello. Not a thank you. Not a sound. He treated the 3 customers before and after me the same. We all looked at each other and just kind shook our heads. He looked miserable. He seemed extremely unhappy and took it out on his customers. I really hope he finds another job where he won’t need to greet or thank people because this isn’t it. I used to really love this location. I prefer Gong Cha over other boba tea places because of their consistency with the drinks. I used to come pretty frequently, but I started coming less. The last 3 times I came over the course of a few months, they're always out of boba pearls. Very disappointing. Had to drive away today. I don't have time to wait 25 mins for boba pearls. I don't know what's going on over there, but the timing seems to be off with the boba preparation. I'll probably skip this location completely because it ends up being a waste of time to show up and not get the drink you want at a literal boba tea shop. Okayish boba place! I like they have a drive thru, and different add ons like coconut jelly and foam/cream that many places don’t have. But they are a tad expensive for literally just boba. I got the strawberry matcha and my husband got the matcha slush, and both were just okay. There are many other better boba shops for the same price.

The matcha slush was not sweet at all, and the strawberry was so intense I struggled drinking it despite us getting the normal amount of sweetness for both drinks. They also gave me the wrong pearls for one of the drinks despite clarifying multiple times and even waiting extra time because they need to make more. Not somewhere...
