This spot is so cute and so underrated! The staff is so kind and patient! We went for dessert to try their Hong Kong style ice cream and I have to say that the bubble waffle cones are wayyyy better than Kuma's! So delicious- perfectly crispy and sweet. They compliment the ice cream perfectly. The ice cream isn't in house made but it's pretty good still. The price for the come is 6.50 + for a custom but just get their signature cones for 7.50!

The service was horrible from the moment we walked in. We were the only ones in there, and no one said hi or got up from their resting position. The cashier never even spoke to us as we ordered.
