To start, they have an A/100 health score and from what I hear some great tacos. Unfortunately, they ran out of tacos when I got there so I didn't get to try them. I bought empanadas and conchas and it was best concha I've had in years. The service was great too. If you go, make sure to go early to get tacos they open at 6am and I was there at 10 am and they were out. Make sure and wear your mask. Be prepared to stand in line they only allow 2 customers at a time. I heard about Guerrero Bakery through social media and so did many others. There were people from New Braunfels, Borne and Bulverde standing in line too. I recommend this bakery, you wont be disappointed.

Trusted the Google review we read online. Didn't look like much but the girl behind the counter was a sweetie and very patient as we asked about a lot of the items behind the glass. Loaded a bag with a bunch of sweet treats and grabbed two bottles of water for a shocking $5!!! Sorry for the partial donut pic, but it fell apart in my hand as I was grabbing it (it was THAT fresh) and of course I ate it. All was tasty and freshly made! And yes, the donut WAS in the shape of a cactus!

I was excited to try Guerreo's Bakery (General McMullen right before Ruiz St, across from the funeral home) since seeing a post the other day and seeing how they weren't too far from us. We purchased 7 donuts and 10 cookies for $10! They even had tacos for $1.50!! Honestly, I probably would've purchased some tacos, if we didn't already have plans.

Saw everyone talking about this bakery on Facebook and the local news so we had to check it out. We will definitely be back! I didn't know what to get since this was our first time, but let's just say that my husband was mad I didn't buy more. I ordered empanadas which were so soft, I'm used to getting them hard everywhere I go, but these were soft and delicious. I also bought doughnuts, maranitos and conchas. Everything was delicious and super soft! We went at 9:30 and they were already out of tortillas and some of the doughnuts so make sure you show up early! This is our new...

This little mom and pop bakery is so great. They have a small menu of breakfast tacos for $1 each that taste like you made them at home with homemade tortillas. They even have a Barbarcoa special on the weekends that is cheaper than most places. They have a great assortment of Mexican cookies and pastries. Their donughts are fresh and delicious. They are inside the little shopping center by Ruiz and Get McMullan going towards commerce. Although they are just a to-go kind of place I would totally recommend this place to everyone who wants to get great tacos and pastries for not a...
