My wife and I have been consumate regulars (12+ yrs.)@ this Peter Piper, spending between $32 - $45 every week.for 2 people is quite a lot, so it should be served correctly! Over the years we've established a relationship of trust and high standard with staff and management always in an amicable manner. Apparently, the apathetic new manager (Casey) does not have the same standards we have been accustomed too. We ordered the XL Spinach Chicken Alfredo with the Chicken all on one side & all the tomatoes on the other side. We called Casey over to our table to show him the pitifully made pizza & how it did not have the amount we know should be on it. He said that they use a standard cup per pizza. So why does it not reflect it. We had no qualms about the chicken, but my wife, who is vegetarian, noticed a shortage of tomato. Plz. Make note of the 5 sml. pcs. on less than half of the pizza. THAT IS A WHOLE PIZZA'S WORTH OF TOMATO!?! PLEASE DON'T INSULT MY INTELLIGENCE!! We paid for a whole pizza. We should have gotten one. Not some lame excuse from the manager. If a customer has a grievance, the manager should try to resolve it. Not just brush it off. The previous Managers & Assistant Managers took our input to heart and thus got their just merits of glowing honest reviews. Corporate needs to remind Casey that customer service is a priority. In the end. The management is where the buck stops. If staff is doing something wrong. The management should apologize for the lame product and seek to rectify the possible bad image & reputation of the establishment. So I am dropping the 4 stars rating to 1. Casey you need to take constructive criticism to improve, not to make excuses. I am also contacting corporate with...

I used to come here before it was moved to this area. back when the original location was on the other side to the far left on different occasions. I liked going to place to mostly play games rather than to eat food or buy drinks. I still occasionally bought them but I was mostly there for the games back when most of the games were violent. My favorites were "Cruisin' USA", "Revolution X", "Time Crises"(Arcade Version), "Killer Instinct 2", "Primal Rage", "Terminator 2" (Arcade Version), "Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3", "Tekken Tag", "Area 51", and a lot of other games that I haven't played in years. I didn't always have money when I came there so I would watch other people play the games I wanted or I would get lucky and find tokens or quarters on the floor or in the coin slots of the game(s) itself. after the place moved to this location they got rid of most of the violent games and really went as kid-friendly as possible. this is great for teenage kids but aimed toward kids younger than that. I think it was bad move because old school people like myself have no place to call peter piper's a second home anymore. I don't even come here anymore because of the change of games. and the pizza crust is always undercooked so that's another reason I don't even bother with this...

I've always given 4stars to this location, but I would give this last visit a 2. We asked for a chicken Alfredo pizza with all the chicken on one side and all the tomato on the other. I didn't provide a pic to this comment, but there was a sliver wedge of tomato on each slice of the half, if that. The manager, who is now there with a somber unwelcoming look on his face, said that it's just how the system reads the order. Well I would think that that is where management directives come in handy. He stated that it's a standard measuring cup per ingredient. So it stands to be understood that there should be the appearance of more tomato on half. We spoke about the tomato yet somehow he turned it into the chicken and still would not get off that explanation. His solution was you can take it back so they can remake it. While that is protocol, his delivery felt like, there is your solution, don't bother me.

Now just because we are located in the westside does not mean that we are begging for handouts. We want what is fair, for we pay the same price for our product as those who are located in the northside. The crew at this locale has always been accommodating and gracious, but that can easily come to a stop if management does not lead...

The Slice of NY was delicious...but I'm sure it would be more like a NY pizza if there was an XXL option because the XL pizza just seemed average...I was hoping for one of them bigazzx pizzas like on the original TMNT movies...that would be AWESOME!!! Pizza came out to about 25$ they must've been short staffed because there were many tables that needed to be bussed...it wasn't that busy and there were no parties going on at the time...my wife was shopping at Ross next door so instead of waiting around I took our daughter for pizza and fun. My photos show the NY PIZZA but I did add an extra topping which was another $2.50 (ham). I should've added shrooms now that I think about it...YUMMM...My daughter liked the claw candy crane game because we were getting loads of candy for only 2tokens. STAY AWAY FROM THE DINOSAUR CLAW MACHINE. Restrooms were clean and had friendly staff. Thanks for helping us kill time and feeding our bellies...see ya again:)

I got the build your own pizzas and I can honestly say that it was topped to perfection with a perfect balance of each ingredient and cooked to perfection with a nice crisp throughout the pizza. If I wasn’t concerned of contracting heart disease, I would honestly eat this pizza 3 times a week for lunch. The place is very clean inside and theres plenty of parking to bring the whole crew. My only complaint is that the tables are very short. If you’re a large person you may want to go for a booth or practice a few squats before trying to get into elementary school height cafetaria tables.
