I had not eaten here in years and thought I would try it again. It was not a good experience. I ordered the wing combo which has four wings with beans and rice. I went through the drive thru but I should have followedy first thought and go inside. When I got home to eat I was starving because I am a diabetic and hadn't eaten, earlier it was around 11:30am Wednesday May 29, 2024. Being that it was early I had no reason to believe that the food would not be fresh. Wrong! The wings were hard and over cooked and had a lot of feathers left on the hook of the wings, the rice was fine but the beans I'm not sure but the top on the beans had popped up as if gas was escaping. I hesitated to eat any of the food, but I was hungry and tried to eat it. My stomach immediately started feeling funny, but I continued to eat what I could. Later in the day I felt nauseous and had to take medicine. I did not go back to report this because this particular location is not on my side of town and would have been a long ride to get back. I just know I will not be going to any other locations or eating from any one of them ever again. Please be careful and check your food before you drive off. Advice I should have followed myself. Read moreAs we were waiting in line in the drive thru, the car in front of us had a very big dog out of his window. The worker came out of the window (instead of working on their order) just to touch the dog, then proceeded to let the dog lick both of her entire hands. This went on for about 2 minutes. It was disgusting to see that the worker handling food was doing such an unsanitary thing on the job. When we went up to the window, we complained and asked if the girl had washed her hands and wanted to make sure she was not handling our food. The cashier said she did. We asked to speak to the manager and the girl said "she IS the manager". Wow! How disgusting to know that the "manager" wasn't trained enough to know the difference between sanitary and unsanitary conditions while working in the food industry. Read moreI ordered the chicken nachos and I received an entire styrofoam full of dry chips and possibly two tablespoons worth of queso and maybe a teaspoon of sour cream and even less than a teaspoon of guacamole. I ordered online and tried to call the phone number listed on the receipt and got this message "the person you are trying to reach has a voice mail box that has not been set up yet". Is someone's cell phone number the number for this restaurant?? So I tried to call another number online and received an answering machine where a male says thank you for calling corporate and to leave a message... no I am not leaving a message when I'm parked outside, the doors are locked, and I have no idea how to get my order. I had to get into the drive thru lane behind about 9 cars and ask for my order that way, which was cold and soggy by the time they got to me, halfway through my lunch hour.
