Wing Daddys Sauce House — Restaurant in San Antonio

I went with a group of 8 so we waited about 15mins for them to set up a table for us. Waitress took our drink order then a different waitress and waiter brought them out a few minutes later. Time passes until our waitress finally comes back to take our food order. We all ordered wings and as the food came out, it came out sporadically so we waited for everyone to get their food to start eating. Then the waitress who brought out the food ( not our original waitress) didn't know what wing flavors were each ones. She just sat them down on the table and said I DONT KNOW, I'm not your waitress, I'm just helping bring out the food. Well unfortunately one person never got her food. The waitress said it would be out in 5 mins. So everyone ate and still the order had not come out. So we told her to box it up to go since we were done and ready to go. We asked for the manager and he came and gave us nothing but excuses but never an apology. So we asked if he could take the order off since she didn't get to eat with the rest of us. He said, if he removes them from the ticket, he would need to take the wings back. And he did and came back with the new ticket. We had heard bad things about this location and sorry to have had to deal with it first hand. We will not be going back...

Very appalled by our most recent experience! Family and I went in for dinner and firstly as we're sitting down now for over 15mins 2 men come in and are making negative comments as to us sitting a their table in which it made us very uncomfortable. We finally recieved our order after waiting over 30mins. Only to have recieved raw chicken bites and tenders you can littery see the pink and a bit of blood in the inside. Thankfully we noticed it before we got sick with food poisoning from samanella. We addressed with staff and awaited fresh batches only to have gotten most of the same pieces in which it's certain they were thrown back in the fryer and cooked longer. The chicken was so hard, very overcooked and grease dripping from having re-cooked again. Addressed it again only to be disregarded and trying to be charged for part of the order we refused to accept and eat. The family that ate got home and were ill throughout the night, someone missed work due to this. Needless to say we are very disappointed especially having to recieved that quality of food and having to pay for that type of service!

Man all I have to say is Perfect, we had a Lil Birthday Dinner w Family and it was everything my daughter Amber (she turned 19) wanted she had so much fun and enjoyed the food very much, Star was the Greatest Host and Waitress checked on us every 15-20 min always made sure we had drinks and took care of the cleaning, being that I was exhausted by the end of the night from running around, and she got sick in the middle of working and still busted her butt to make sure we were taken care of !! And manager Carlos was Awesome we had been checked on with him and made sure we were ok too ! Also the let us decorate our area. Im Definitely gonna be going back and letting everyone know about this establishment!! Appreciated every moment! I think the only lil complaint I have is that u can tell the fries had been in the freezer a lil long as in freezer burned, and I know thats a easy fix !! But Thanks guys cause I was so worried she wasn't gonna like it !!...
