Zero stars for the unfriendly and super slow service. Since USAA employees usually have short breaks, we are trying to place orders ahead of time and there is always a delay in getting them quickly. But today I’ve actually waited for 1 warm sandwich for 15 minutes with the empty cafe that was full of personnel, because they were not working on the food orders as they got them, they were actually collecting orders and have order stickers lined up and not taking the ready food orders to the visitors, my food was lukewarm and I probably wouldn’t get even after 15 minutes wait, but because I’ve asked for it, they throw it at me. We don’t have much choice here to eat quickly, thus this Starbucks team must be retrained for the efficient and friendly service. Exclusive to USAA employees and contractors. Do not order using the mobile app. The way their system works places all the orders made in store ahead of yours. On multiple occasions I have waited easily over half an hour, and when asked about where my drink was I was told each time it will be out shortly, after they identified it as a mobile order. They’re friendly, but wildly overwhelmed.
