This review is two part, one on the store and one on the employee. Joseph Nava knows his job and knows customer service, I didn't buy a suit but I wanted to make sure he gets credit for his hard work and I honestly felt bad that I couldn't buy one from him. He is the ONLY reason for the 3 star rating but he is a 5 star employee and without him I would have been forced to rate 1 star. I have been working out and have gone from a 36s to a 40s in less than a year so spending 1k on a suit that will not fit in a year is not practical since I only need this suit for one interview. I felt misled by the online advertising. Was figuring I could find one for at least $500 (several suits on their site for $200) but when I got to the store I was in for some serious sticker shock. Pre-tailoring I was well into 1k suit territory. As I said I couldn't see spending that much on a one time use item and explained my situation to Joseph and he did provide me with few other alternatives that were better for my situation. Thank you Joseph, no thank you Jos A Bank... When I feel my size is more stable I will find another shop that doesn't have to rely on...

The younger male employee needs more experience with measuring and fitting people. They did one adjustment that I had to pressure them to do, that finally made the suit tolerable.
Sizing of the suits reminded me of walmarts sizing, they just get wider and wider.
They have a sign above the changing room mirror that reads "Our tailors won't settle for anything less than your perfect fit." Yeah tell that to the female employees or take that sign down as its false...

The long: My fiancé and I are getting married in just over two months and I have been delaying figuring out my attire and that of my groomsmen.
We were fortunate enough to have picked this particular Jos. A. Bank where we had the pleasure of working with the store manager, Joaquin. From the moment we walked in we could tell we were in the right place. We were kindly greeted and then Joaquin jumped right into all of the details. He found a tux for me, a tux for my groomsmen and one for each of the dads. He showed us different styles at different price points and worked with us for around 2 hours until we were comfortable.
On top of being new to the wedding scene, my fiancé and decided to do a destination wedding and Joaquin was quick to assist us with the extended...
