Bill Miller BBQ — Restaurant in San Antonio

Horrible service this morning. The male taking my order couldn’t seem to hear me for some reason. I don’t have a big vehicle or anything like that. After repeating my order about 5x he finally got it right. Mind you my order was simple, just 2 tacos and a refill. He seemed annoyed that I had to keep repeating my order, when in fact I should have been the annoyed one. Then after getting to the window. I waited about 10 mins before anyone came to the window to tell me anything. I get it I got there at opening, but if someone would have simply come to the window to tell me they are running a little behind. I would have understood that. Nope! No one said I word. Whoever happens to be the MOD this morning failed at their job. Simple communication with the customer would have...

Twice in a row did I choose to take my lunch break here. Friday and then Monday. Both times my food was wrong. I couldn’t go back so I just threw my food away both days. I called to have my recent receipt voided but I would have to go back to the location. I just don’t have the time so I’ll just take it as a loss and never pick Bill Millers again as a lunch option. The kids at the drive through just don’t pay attention. They’re too wrapped up in side conversations to ensure our orders are correct. I know if mine was wrong then there’s another person out there with my order so they’re probably not happy with them either. Do better. Train them some more. Quality control is important especially if most of us are on a timed lunch break and won’t be able to come back for them...

So I pulled up to this Bill Miller’s looking forward to buying some bbq around 8:20 (and from what google says y’all are open until 9pm) . That was not the case here , once I pulled up, the first thing that was stated was we are closed. If it was actually closing time this wouldn’t be an issue and I wouldn’t be here right now. But instead of giving up on the bbq I decided to go LITERALLY down the street to the De Zavala Location and they happily served me. If I could review them in the same post it’d be 5/5. All I’m saying is to have accurate hours and not to prematurely close.
