Do not waste your time with this location they overall have HORRIBLE customer service, I work near by so I order here from time time within the last 2 months they got my order wrong 3 times but this last time I went not only did I get the wrong order but the way the server by the name of Jacob handleded it was so unprofessional. He told me that I ordered my meal wrong and then when he went to have to the cook redo it he tells the cook "oh well now she saying she wants something else" never an apology or any accountability. I went later on to speak with the manager and informed her of the situation, she literally made excuses for her employee, said "oh he is new" and in regards to him being rude she tells me he just lost someone in his family. Really she should have been there covering his shift. She gave me the fakest "I'm sorry" you can imagine, wouldn't even let me finish talking. I saw a number posted for the District Manager, I told the store manager I will be calling the District manager and then she tries to offer me free food. I declined, told her it's not about a refund or something free it's about customer service. By the way don't bother calling the District Manager the number works but it's not for the District Manger, just someone personal phone. If you really want Jack in the Box find another location this one is not worth the hassle and most of the employees including management do not even value their work. Read moreMy wife and I eat at two Jack-in-the-Boxes regularly, one being this Blanco location We have had no more than the usual problems here. I was checking to see if it had reopened (after a fire?) and ran across these disturbing reviews. They show that the owner has problem finding adequate minimum wage workers. (I remember outstanding employee here last year, though.) Regarding slow service, in a small Jack outlet, when a single worker fails to show up for a shift, it can slow service more than at a larger Macdonalds, where the shortage can be spread among the other shift workers, I'm guessing. I feel for the owner. (Our other Jack, on the other hand, has slow drive-thru service because the owner has failed to get a broken speaker fixed.)
For future reviewers it might help the owner and managers if you specify the date and time of the poor service.
I've been a J-i-t-B customer since the 1950s in San Diego and prefer it to other burger chains (except In-N-Out) because of the menu. Where else can you get its unique tacos (I see Burger King is now offering a more expensive version), or the teriyaki bowls, etc.? It might help make customer happier if Jack would copy the Macdonald's dollar drinks.

We then drove aeound to the drive through window where we saw no one inside. We said hello we'd like to order please. And still no response! We double checked on Google for your hours of operation and it says you should be open for business. So we drove back around the front heading to the drive through again, to find all 4 of your overnight employees outside of the building rushing to cross the parking lot and stumbling over one another trying to hurry to get inside. Because at this point, now 2 other cars were in the drive through, which was extremely irritating because now we had to wait even longer! Once we finally were able to order, the young woman was not pleasant at all while taking our order!! And they got my order ENTIRELY wrong!! I ordered a bacon...
