I don't know where to start. This is my first time at this restaurant chain. Friend of mine is eating here a few times, but this will be my first and last visit it looks like....
I knew it was a bad idea when he suggested it, but between all the servers sitting near the entrance on their cell phones, getting sat down at the darkest table closest to the bathroom even though the restaurant was only about 20% to capacity. Our table didn't even have a working light either, so we couldn't see our food or the menu on the table. Made it more difficult to even scan the QR code to go to the online menu.. it then took a server roughly 10 minutes before they came over and acknowledged us after we had been sat. Even though at least three of them passed us more than a handful of times each.
Food was slow to come out, both the appetizer sampler and the sandwiches/burgers that we ordered obviously had some issues. After we finish the sampler platter our server came out and said that they were working on the fries for our orders and that's what was taking so long. I already had predicted that my burger died in the window. Because fries are the last thing that get dropped because they're the quickest to , and if they waited until the end to make the fries, the burger never had a chance. I couldn't have been more spot on.
The bun was dried out and hard. You can see a divot in the center of the bun where they tried to put the toothpick/skewer in that was in my friend's burger, but would not make it through my burger. The burger essentially sat under a heat lamp and died in the window, proven by the mayonnaise broke and became an oily mess around the bottom bun, and the over easy egg was completely cooked to oblivion.
It was at least two to three asks to get salt and pepper to the table... I'm not even going to repeat the jokes that we were making about the fact that maybe it's cuz we were gay men in and establishment like this maybe we got the darkest table in the room since we weren't going to be paying any attention to the servers anyway. The guy that got sad at the table right next to us didn't have to wait half as long for his food and polished off an entire bucket of beers before we could get our checks. One house cocktail and an overcooked dried out burger, split app, = $35 before tip. đ
P.S. This is going to be the PG version of my review, because honestly this was kind of a train wreck from the jump. It's not 1-Stars across the board because the sampler was the only thing we were able to eat, and the server even though polite was not attentive, she could/should have said something about the burger before she brought it out to me.
Even though it's really the kitchen's fault for letting that burger die đŻ. I'm glad we didn't linger and have another drink, because they let some regular in there that sat behind us yelling and screaming because he was flirting with the server that never came back to our table, and was yelling across the room and one of the floor managers like he owned the place.

Read moreI just have to say one thing about everything I shared with Google and how they are describing me as very beneficial in providing information on my reviews and that it has helped them increase people's decisions based on what my review stated did they even sent me that I'm part of the top 20% of the American population that I've helped and a very positive way that has helped increase their revenue of course but where I am confused is everybody charges for resources right that are very beneficial so when is Google going to start paying me for me helping their business get bigger when is Google going to pay me for for my awesome reviews that's helping their business boosting bigger and what's wrong with asking for that if your benefiting from my reviews then where's my reward here's a gift card on US $10 nothing but they want to benefit money wise off of my Intel that doesn't make sense so Google my question is to you how do we benefit from providing invaluable information in business there's a practice called WIIFM's sounds like wiff-ems which means what is in it for me? So at this point since I've become such an asset for Google because of my invaluable information what do I get from Google who benefits by using me for free which I don't think is right why because if I use them like I do the email gmail they want to charge me for using the email after so much memory is used so they're going to charge me for that why don't you just take away that charge and I'll provide you even more Intel on all these reviews that you say I'm so good at I have stopped providing until these places I visited because I realize that they're using me for free but they're charging me for a little bit more extra data space on my email that they make you get but yet it's supposed to be free but yet if you use so much amount of data they have to charge you for it so I'm paying $3 a month for 1 terabyte which I haven't even gotten close to using but I'm paying it but Google why don't you take away that charge and I'll do all the reviews that you want me to I noticed that they're putting me on some gold badge or something that Separates Me from other reviews because I give so much detail anybody that knows me know that I give a lot of detail in whatever I do and whatever I do so Google this is your chance the ball's in your court this is your chance to show the American people were you benefit your most money from to show us that you care in providing a service for a service if you will knock off my email charge update up and I will continue to do the good reviews that you just sent me this message for stating that I am very valuable for all the information I provided that I am now in the 20% of national Americans that give great reviews and that I am standing out because of that...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Twin Peaks, where the unique atmosphere and lively environment set the stage for a fantastic evening. My wife and I decided to return after a great experience last week, and once again, we were not disappointed.
Our server, Zoe, made our visits truly exceptional. From the moment we were seated, her attentiveness and warm demeanor stood out. Itâs not often you find such consistent, high-quality service, but Zoe exceeded our expectations on both occasions. Her friendly attitude and quick service greatly enhanced our experience, making us feel welcome and well taken care of.
The food at Twin Peaks certainly didnât disappoint either. My wife opted for the chicken fried steak. The portion was impressively large, offering great value for the price. Although the steak was a bit thinner than expected, the flavorful breading more than made up for it. The dish was well-prepared, and my wife enjoyed every bite.
I decided to try the Momâs Pot Roast, and it was absolutely fantastic. The roast was tender and flavorful, paired perfectly with creamy mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables. It was a comforting, hearty meal that truly hit the spot. The balance of flavors and the quality of the ingredients were impressive, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting.
The atmosphere at Twin Peaks is always lively and engaging. The unique setting, with servers in themed outfits, adds a fun and casual vibe that appeals to many guests. Itâs an experience unlike any other, and itâs clear that the restaurant knows how to create a welcoming and entertaining environment.
In addition to the great food and service, the drinks were another highlight of our visit. The prices were very reasonable, and the drinks arrived quickly, ensuring we never had to wait long to enjoy our beverages. This attention to detail in service really sets Twin Peaks apart from other similar establishments.
Overall, our experiences at Twin Peaks have been consistently positive. The combination of excellent service, delicious food, and an energetic atmosphere makes it a top choice for a casual dining experience. Zoeâs attentiveness and friendly nature have certainly contributed to our satisfaction, and weâll definitely be returning for more.
For anyone considering a visit, I highly recommend Twin Peaks. Whether you're looking for a place to unwind after a long week or just want to enjoy good food in a vibrant setting, this restaurant has something for everyone. We canât wait to come back next Friday and hope to see Zoe again for another...
