My son’s party was at 10:30 AM on a Sunday. The price was what I would expect for a kids indoor party. We got the package that allowed us to bring in outdoor food. When we got there our host was setting up. All the workers were kind and helpful. We had liters of chilled coke, apple juice, sprite, and water. They provided cute cups with their mascot dragon on it, spoons, plates, really good cheese pizza, and yummy gummy fruits (all came with our package). The host wasn’t always present, but when I went to ask for anything they were on it. The dragon came out for a dance party and pictures. I thought my kids would be scared and they weren’t they did so awesome. I would definitely suggest grip socks for everyone. The place is slippery without them. Me and my children had grip socks and had no issues. Try to keep an eye on your children as there are other children playing unsupervised. At one point there was a bitter in the area. A child came to our party area going through our stuff. I don’t know where his parents were and I noticed a bite mark on his arm. Later, when everyone got home, my niece was given a bath and they noticed a bite mark on her shoulder. She was left alone for minutes in the play area and was found crying on the floor. Some parents don’t keep and eye on their kids. Playing on the motor bikes is kind of wild. There isn’t anyone supervising and again if kids aren’t being watched kids will hog the bikes. So you have to wait your turn. It’s crazy and you have to watch out while driving but it’s manageable. All my party guests had fun. At cake time the host was there to help cut the cake and they cleaned everything up. This was our first time to have a party and it won’t be our last. *So my 10 year old niece wanted to check out the ball pit for toddlers. There was no kids in the ball pit, so I told her go check it out real quick. There was a woman that took it upon herself to get onto my niece and tell her stuff. “Aren’t you too old to be in here?” “Here we go again.” “Do you wear diapers? You must wear diapers if you are in here.” After she was done fighting with a child she took it to the front workers. That’s when the works told her if she had a problem to come talk to the parents and stop addressing a child. They never came to talk with us. I was ready to go have a conversation with her but I didn’t want to cause a scene at my son’s party. Thankfully she left quickly afterwards. My niece just wanted to check it out and then she was going to get out. I told her if any kids come in get out she said ok. It was nice that the workers told her to stop addressing a child that wasn’t hers and talk to the parents. Which again she never did.

First and LAST time I will ever go to this place. Had such a horrible experience. We were invited for a birthday party and we’re also excited to see that something kid friendly opened so close to home. If you ever see the guy with long hair the one in my picture RUN. He has horrible customer service. Talks to customers like they’re trash when all we wanted was to enjoy our time with our family at their birthday party. It took us 30 minutes for us to get in because he FAILED to inform us that both parents and kids need waivers. Not only that but he failed to offer socks which they do sell btw for $2.50. We all had socks but asking a senior who has diabetes to put on socks is insane. Especially when you’re just going to walk in and sit down the whole time. He did not let us go through the gate and singled my family out purposefully. After we all had socks and signed the waivers. When I finally had enough and asked to speak to his manager he had the audacity to say “I can no longer hear this customer I’m done.” Why? Id like to think it’s because he was in the wrong. Also the manager was no help at all he didn’t apologize he didn’t offer any sort of help besides offering socks. The only thing I will say is that there is a worker who is a girl she is short she is the nicest person ever. She interacts so well with the kids and customers. She was my family’s host for their party. She is short with long hair. If you see her you will be very well taken care of. She is the ONLY one who apologized for this insensitive individual that should not be working in the front with his lack of customer service. As long as him and the manager stay in their positions this place will not be successful. As I have read in previous post I haven’t been the only one who experienced some kind of disrespect with this individual. BEWARE.

This was our first time visiting. We were just driving by and stopped to check it out. 2 hours later my kids loved it. It’s $15 per child for the day. You can come and go as you please just gotta show your receipt. Which is awesome. Other places you can’t leave and come back without paying again. We went during a very busy time and we still found a table to sit at. The play area is so big that there’s enough room. When you walk in you gotta fill out the waiver first before they will even take your payment. Then you grab a bin and put all your shoes in there. Everyone’s shoes must come off even if your not playing. They do have the gate locked so no kids won’t wonder off. A staff member has to buzz you out and in. The cashier who helped us was so friendly. They have these cars you can drive around in under the play area. They cost 1 token which is $1. Or you can buy 6 tokens for $5. The cars last about 2.5 minutes. You might have to wait a while since there’s some parents standing there adding more and more tokens for their child to keep riding it. Adults can ride the cars and play also. The restroom were clean. They do offer food to buy while your there. They have a snack box that comes with 1 crustable sandwich, a bag of chips, kook aid jammer/carpi sun or water, a choice of string cheese/ pudding cup or apple sauce, also comes with a lollipop and 1 token for $5.75. They have ice creams and snacks for all different prices. I added pictures to see the prices. To me the party packages are on the expensive side but they are 3 hour long parties. I think this is everything lol. We will come back and will bring friends with us.

I don’t ever write reviews for a place. Just don’t spend the time on writing them. It usually takes quite a bit for me to get upset. I went here for my nephews 3rd birthday. He was so excited. Here are the issues I had with our experience that was on March 13 at 2:00 p.m. Going in I had to sign a waiver which I did once I was told. I was carrying a baby and gifts etc. The lady in the front would not let me in until she checked me in which I understood however she had my name and seeing my hands were full was quite ugly and insisting on me taking my shoes off. I do understand for people who will be on the equipment to take their shoes off. However, when walking on your floors, they are very slippery. Good idea to have us sign a waiver if we get hurt you are not liable. Making people walk on floors that are can harm themselves is insane. They asked us what his favorite color was which was red and blue for a boy’s birthday and table was in pink. PINK why would you use pink for a boy when you asked? Makes no sense to me. People for the party waited over 15 minutes to check in which then took time into the party. Going back to the floors in the restroom you want people to walk in their where kids who sometimes don’t make the toilets and now that is spreading germs on your floors in the building not a great idea. The guy who helped my nephew’s party was being torn in every direction with a couple parties, helping at counter and doing other stuff. I have been at several places and for the amount of money that this party cost someone should have been schedule for each party. There was no toilet paper in the girl’s restroom to top off that. The staff at the front was not friendly to customers coming in. For a new company starting off or a new location first impression are important, and I will say it was horrible. I will not be back and for sure spread the word on how unorganized and unfriendly this place is. What I will say thank you to the poor guy who was trying his best to balance everything since whoever the manager is did not properly staff for that day. If you want to be successful with families, you need to do better at customer service and providing a...

Worst experience ever, NEVER having a birthday party here again, 1st off the manager "FERNANDO" specifically lied to us about alot of things before we paid the full price for the birthday party, there was nothing in the goodie bags like he promised us just 1 balloon a little tattoo sticker that's all, he showed us what would come in the goodie bags that was in display in front of the desk like the dragon an etc nope that was definitely not in the goodie bags at all. he tells us the he would let a few people slide to come in if it's like 3 or 4 adults in the beginning he tells us this way before we purchase the birthday package later on to find out from another manager that he was not allowed to do that. The pizza was not what we expected he says that there "BIG PIZZA'S" when they got there it was like a size medium pizza ridiculous! Not to mention we payed for "Party Attendees" that never checked on us i had to go back an forth asking for staff to bring out stuff or plates even the cake itself, the employees didn't come clean up after my family an i ended up cleaning up the tables giving the trash to the staff. An they were upset to add to throw in a ball for the kids in the goodie bag after i complained to them this isn't what we paid for the staff looked clueless and it was the worst experience ever! If anyone is ever thinking about planning a "BIRTHDAY" party for there kids I repeat Do Not Book here not worth it trust me. FERNANDO he needs to be hold accountable for his actions! I paid top tier the most Expensive package they got with pizzas an the cake involved an i was greatly disappointed, absolutely ridiculous how someone can lie especially a manager promised all these things especially our first time being at kids empire for the first time ever an I am greatly disappointed an on first time arrival there it was not what we expected. I will be seeking higher up and seeing what can be done about this. I will never again return to...
