My friend and I stopped by for sandwiches and were genuinely alarmed by the behavior of one of the employees working that evening. There was a male and a female staff member present. The young woman was polite, helpful, and professional. However, the male employee’s conduct was deeply concerning.
He was visibly agitated—slamming doors, blocking access to the restroom with highchairs (which the female employee had to remove), and shaking his head aggressively while taking out the trash. He refused to greet customers and made it clear through his body language and demeanor that he did not want to be there. His energy was so intense and hostile that my friend and I felt uncomfortable and genuinely worried.
At one point, I asked the female employee if she was okay, and she responded, “He just acts like that sometimes.” That statement alone was extremely troubling—it suggests this isn’t an isolated incident, but a pattern of behavior that has gone unaddressed.
This man should not be working in customer service—let alone around coworkers—if he is regularly behaving in such a volatile and aggressive manner. His presence felt unsafe. If this continues unchecked, I truly fear someone could get hurt.

The name says it all — this sandwich is massive and absolutely packed with flavor. It comes loaded with five different meats, provolone cheese, fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and their signature Italian dressing, all piled high on their fresh-baked bread. Service at Jimmy John’s is another big plus. True to their slogan, they’re freaky fast. My order was ready in just minutes, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Even with such a loaded sandwich, it was wrapped perfectly and easy to eat without falling apart.

I went to grab my cup and asked which cup to get and he said oh I didn't charge you for a drink, with a look of fustration on face. Ian (cashier) said my bad sorry about that then charged my $2.09 more, customer service would have said to just give him the cup but fine now I am in over $10. Sandwich came out fast....sat down to eat it and wasn't given any napkins or offered, they keep the napkins behind the counter, come on JJ. Sandwich was really cold and and bread was tough, wasn't terrible but was just a sandwich I could have made at home. The last things was a Police Officer came in to get a sub and asked if he could get his tomatoes on the side they said NO either comes on it or not at all.
