Every time I come here, I am always blown away by the quality and service. I have been coming here for many years, and the food is always amazing. We started our meal with a Cesar salad. The lettuce was crisp, and the parmesan cheese was so good. The dressing was tasty and a great ratio. For my meal, I got the lasagna, and it was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The layers were neat and had lots of filling. The sauce is always so flavorful and not watery. When I cut into it, it did not fall apart either. My husband got the sausage rigatoni, and he inhaled it, so I know it was good. I tried a bite, and it sure was. The sauce to pasta ratio was on point. I know that sometimes, when you bake pasta, it can be overcooked, but that was not the case with this one. It was a gooey and delicious, and again, the sauce was the best. We also shared a 12" pizza topped with roasted garlic, fresh basil, artichoke hearts, & prosciutto. The ingredients were so fresh. The prosciutto had a smokey flavor too. The crust was pillowy and had a nice chew and crunch. I think this might be my new favorite pizza. I just wish it had more roasted garlic. The sodas and tea was great too. I can't wait to come back and visit again. Thanks for always being amazing.

A group of us decided to visit Julian's for some pizza. It has been way too long since our last visit. In either case, we entered and were greeted by David, the manager on duty. He was behind the counter at the time, taking orders from customers. The way this works, enter, get in line, and decide what to order. Then, order, pay, get your drinks, and find an open table to dine at. You will be given a number, and the servers will bring your order or orders out to your table whenever the food is ready. To drink, we ordered Peroni, Modelo, and waters. To eat, a 16" all meat pizza. We decided to add the tip in advance and when we paid. Our food (pizza & salad) arrived, and silverware and napkins were already on the table. The salad and pizza were as good as we all remembered. The service was great, the people were nice, and the place had that nostalgia feel. I took some pictures and made sure to blur or remove faces in the event someone did not want their photo shared. I hope your experience is as good as ours.

If you are wanting to be waited on this isn’t one of those places. I don’t need to be waited on but I understand some people prefer it. Anywho: my husband brought us here for a quick Valentine's Day date. You walk in and order in the front and pay right then and there. The manager was very kind and recommended a few dishes as this was our first time. He also recommended a wine. Wonderful recommendations (I chose chicken parm and a bottle of Murphy which is a cab blend) both were delicious. My husband got a pizza that was wonderfully made as well. By the time we sat down our salads were already being brought to our table. All in all this place was clean, great priced, great food, good atmosphere, and staff was wonderful. We will be returning and bringing our kiddos as this isn’t so much of a romantic date place but more for a family vibe. Excited to go back! If you go order the wine I ordered (I attached the picture!)

Ordered takeout and arrived just before the predicted time that the pizza would be ready. Pizza was brought out of the warmer and it was clear that the pizza was ready quicker than expected. This is normally not a problem. However, it is a problem when your warmer doesn’t keep things warm and I could already tell by the temperature of the boxes that these pizzas were lukewarm at best. I live about 5 minutes away. By the time that I got home, the pizzas were so cold that we had to reheat it. I also discovered that one pizza was only sliced in half and the other pizza wasn’t sliced at all. The place wasn’t even half full. If they were slammed, I’d somewhat understand. To make matters worse, I’m pretty sure that when I paid, the guy at the register turned around and complained to his coworkers that I only tipped 10% because at that moment the three of them looked over at me with a scowl. I’m sorry, but tipping culture is out of control. I didn’t dine in and get waited on by staff. I ordered pick up. Tipping at that point is a courtesy. This example is the reason why tipping for carry out is ludicrous. Tipping is based on service. But when you take out, you often don’t discover what type of service you received until you sit down at home. To many times, I’ve gotten home and discovered missing items or incorrect items. In this case, it was cold, unsliced pizza, but I’ve already paid and tipped. So, what’s my recourse? Should I go back and ask them to tip me for slicing my own pizza and then scowl at them for whatever tip I got? Anyway, it has been over a year since we’d ordered from here. We took a break because of the poor quality of our last pizza order. After tonight, we won’t be ordering from...

If I could rate this place higher by 3 more stars I would! Best pizza I've ever had here in SA. Ppl brag about 210 pizza and that stuff is crap compared to this place! Used to live on MCBH and we used to eat at this little pizza place called Boston's, which was THE BEST pizza I've ever had and since we left Hawaii, we've tried to find a place that could live up to it and THIS PLACE DOES!! OH. MY. YUM! My husband was so happy! My kids were fussy and my 3yr old son had an accident so I couldn't stay (no extra outfit) but I took it to go and when I got home (35 minutes away) it still had that fresh taste! Ya know how most pizza gets like stale over time. The atmosphere is PERFECT for a nice Italian dinner. Good family friendly vibe but not so much that a date night here wouldn't work splendidly. The music, the lighting, no screaming kids...I would love to go back w/o kids and have a date with hubby. They're very friendly and accommodating. Had a 6 and 3 yr old and a 3 month old so hands full and they brought out the food for me! :) didn't even have to ask for the help, they offered! No surly looking employees. The pasta Basilica was AMAZING!!! Pizza PERFECTION!! Dessert, well I'm like a connoisseur of cheesecake and Tiramisu, and there's doesn't disappoint! Look forward to them taking all of my money in the future! :) oh! Which reminds me...they're...
