If i could give 0 stars i would. My mom and i loved the place until one day we were waiting patiently to order. There was only one worker and we understood that it may take awhile. When the worker (a man)was ready to take orders, my mom and i were right up at the counter. I started to order- i even finished my order and my mom started...however he never wrote anything on his pad and asked my mom and i " who was first" i said us in a confusing tone. And the man proceeds to point to this woman who started to speak her order in spanish. Instead of taking care of my mother and i (we are white..we know that mostly Hispanic people go to these places and that we are not of the normal types pf customers) he proceeded to write what the obvious latinos order who rudley cut in front of us. My mother and i walked out obviously hurt and frustrated. Myself i found this very rude and racist of not only the lady behind us but the...

I ordered a Piccadilly, Chupacabra, and corn in a cup.

Piccadilly- 4/10....they used dill relish to make it and it was too spicy. They didn't use cool aid flavors on it. It was yuck 🤮 . Gave it a 4 out of 10 just because my daughter liked it a bit.

Corn - it was ok, I think they used parmesano cheese instead of fresco.

Chupacabra- 2 out of 10. I couldn't even eat it. Threw it away after two spoons. It was supposed to bea Tamarindo raspa with chile & limón. The Tamarindo was super thick you couldn't even sick it up with the straw. Just NASTY!!

NOT going back. Spent about $15 on 3 items that ended up in the trash 🗑 😒

I went to this place a while back and the Hispanic guy that helped me was an ahole, so I went back again because I wanted to give them a second chance in hopes that the guy was not there anymore and again, he was there and was an ahole once again. No customer service skills what so ever.. Didn’t ask if I wanted anything on the chicharrones and rudely cut me off as I was trying to tell him what I wanted on my corn in a cup. Lesson learned though.. next time I’ll just go to the location on Blanco Rd where the customer service...
