Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in San Antonio

Multiple times we have gone to this location. Each time the service has been horrible. A few times we have received over cooked pizza, the wrong pizza ordered, and definitely a long wait time. This last visit will be our last. Pulled up to the drive thru just wanted a normal hot and ready was told to pull foward, three cars infront so we waited figured maybe the pizza will be fresh it cant hurt, 30 mins later 2 cars have been served 15 min more 3rd car drives off, i pull up got looked at by the girl doing the pizza about a good 5 times (she was also the one doing drive thru orders) she never came to the window 15 mins more i say f it we r going somewhere else as i drive around the building i can see the manager and about three other employees including the drive thru girl throwing pizza topping at each other and laughing, as if they didnt have a line wrapped around outside of people waiting to be served. This location needs to desperately get a strong supervisor, manager, and team leader in position ASAP. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Unless they clean house and get better employees who respect their job, but until then id rather take a drive to one of the locations on the Westside they definitely have better food and better...

It's hit or miss on getting a quick pizza other than pepperoni through the drive thru but the taste and the price most of the times is worth it. I usually call ahead for pick up so I absolutely know I'll get what i want sense most other pizzas never seems to be available if randomly ordered through drive thru. I felt like a year or two back this place had more than just the basic pepperoni hot and ready. Lately anytime I ask what's available in their warmers all there is is plain pepperoni. This place has saved me more than once for a good deal on last minute dinners though.

The times I have gone inside it looks clean and the staff is always moving around making sure to do things. Every time I have gone in to pick up an order the pizza has come out hot and perfect. Through the drive through though I have had a few times where the pizza look like it sat a little too long in the warmer. Though I like little Caesars, the pizza is not "left over" worthy. Best to eat what you can and toss what's left. It does not heat up as good the next day even in a small...

These people don't wash there hands the cashier in the front was handling money then went to the back and was putting pepperoni on the pizza that the people we're ordering...We saw the manger and the other employees handle the ingredients with out gloves .. moving from handling money to handling pizza to answering phones back to handling pizza just gross. An employee walked in to work put her purse down straight to the toppings. My daughter asked the manger what the hand washing rules were and he said to wash every time they moved stations. .....yeah he and his employees were called out on everything stated above and he went to the back and left my daughter waiting up front. Corporate office has been called and the next call will be to the health department. JUST...
