First of all, friendly staff. Even late on a Sunday there were no bad vibes.

They make legitimately great pizza. We dined in late on a Sun night, they're open til 11. 80s pop from overhead speakers. Lots of take out business but we were the only family eating there. We loved the chicken fresco on original crust. $18.99, enough to feed 6 people 2 good sized slices each. The crust had a nice crispy edge and a good chew. The three cheese blend is a signature thing apparently, and it's great. I suspect meunster is in the mix. Chicken fresco has pepperoni, bacon, chicken, onion, and tomato slices. We'll have it again for sure.

Also enjoyed the Italian sub, $7.99 for the 12 inch. The bread was warm and toasty, meat and cheese was hot off the grill. I would have liked some shredded lettuce, tomato, pickles, and vinegar. As it was it was very good, and a good value.

Caesar salad was good as well. Packaged dressing was good quality. Lettuce crisp, shaved parmesan, grilled chicken, and the croutons look to be baked in house.

No table service, so no need to tip. Serve your own soda and get your own plates, utensils, and napkins from the counter. I'm good with all that. Big tables and comfortable benches. Food tv and ESPN we're on the TV's, which were thankfully mute as the music played. I wish they had Pandora so we didn't have to listen to commercials. That's one of two opportunities for improvement. The other is that you need to inspect your silverware and plates to see if they're clean and dry. MANIC MONDAY FOR EVERYONE AT MARCOS I GUESS. My husband and I decided to make it a movie night, so pizza was a must. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to order but the site said closed at 11pm. Perfect! I Placed my order at around 9-50pm.....yes, late but I would pick up. I get there and the door is locked, so I knocked. Then two lady's working totally did not pay attention and so my husband calls and no answer. I'm trying to get their attention and nothing, so the delivery man comes from the parking lot and ask me if the door was locked I said yes, he said that's wierd and knocked as well. He too was ignored. He knocked louder and yelled out, the door is looked! The lady approaching the door clearly was annoyed because clearly she couldn't ignore that . She opened it and I told her my pizza is paid and I just want to get it and leave so I dont know why I was getting ignored. SHE replied with attitude that nobody is ignoring anyone and I told her yes and by the way you just ignored my husband as he was solely calling the store to tell you I was at the locked door because you did completely ignore me. She said, I just put him one hold.

You would think she could just give me my pizza but as she checked my order on her screen she went on about how she's having a day, no apologies. Well I just want out of there to end my night on a way better note but once I got home I noticed my pizza was wrong. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU WANT FOOD IN A TIMELY MANNER. We placed an order at 9:38 after reading a lot of 5 star reviews on this place. ETA for food was 10:08. I called 15 minutes passed ETA time and was told it would be about 25 more minutes since there was two drivers and there were two orders ahead of mine. I called back 4 minutes later and asked if we could just pick it up and get refunded the delivery fee since it was a half a mile (5min) from our hotel. The girl on the phone sounded unsure and suddenly announced that it was on its way. This was at 10:29. I called back 30 minutes later since they were supposed to close at 11 and saw on another review where someone didn’t get their pizza. The girl on the phone assured me it was on the way but she only had one delivery driver. Earlier it was two. At 11:13 I received a call from the delivery driver saying she was less than 10 minutes out. Our food didn’t arrive until 11:30. Our order was missing the extra sauces and our 6 inch sub. Supposedly a driver walked out. WE OFFERED TO PICK IT UP. Called the store and it’s closed. Honestly. I’m more mad at myself for letting it go this far.
