This was my first time going to Marcos Pizza. I Have been craving old world peperoni for a few years but iv not been able to find a place that has them at least not for a good price or near by. The girlfriend suggested i go grab us some Marcos. Its a 30 minute drive home from this location. I placed my order online with no problem what so ever and set my time. I arrived to a clean looking outside in a well maintained strip mall already a good sign. I had my order set up for curb side and despite being parked only for a few minutes my order was ready and headed right to me. The gentlemen who brought my order was kind and soft spoken and incredibly polite something vary cool. He handed me the boxes that were hot a great sign already for me. 30 minutes later i walk into my home and am greeted with the strong wiff of hot pizza. I open the box and that peperoni almost punched me in the face from how much was on there. I grabbed 2 slices and 2 bread sticks and my first bite of the breadstick i was (subject deleted) from how good glad i had a napkin in hand as it was socked from drool. The breadsticks a slight yellow color pillow soft and sweet tasting bread that almost reminded me of a brioche bread that was soft and incredibly fluffy in every bite and that's just a plane breadstick. When i got to my pizza is were it alll came together. I took my first bite and the crunch of the old world peperoni struck me i was 10 years old again remembering why i have been craving this kind of pizza for years. I froze and looked at my girlfriend at the verge of tears and with a full mouth said "This is what i have been waiting for." This was an experience i was hoping for but didn't expect. I will warn you though this is a greasy pizza it is supposed to be greasy and that is part of its charm. I will no question be coming back again and again for this pizza of my dreams. Thank you Marcos for giving me something i have wanted and havent eaten in...

This place is terrible! The manager is rude and they mess up orders constantly. I’ve had two really poor experiences at this location. One involved trying to order a pizza for delivery and being told falsely that my neighborhood is outside of the delivery area for all their locations. Turns out I’m not and the manager said he checked and it said our address was outside the delivery zone. He was indifferent when I called and let them know of the error. The second indecent occurred this past Saturday. I ordered a pizza, wings, and some dipping sauce. The delivery guy did not open the box upon delivery and when I chased him down in the street to let him know there was no dipping sauce, his response was, ā€œsorry, dude, they told me it was inside the pizza box. Call the phone number and ask for Gustavo.ā€ So I did. He seems disinterested and said there was nothing he could do at that point (meaning he didn’t want to send another driver just to bring a dipping sauce). I asked if he could at least take off the charge (as Marco’s charges for these), and he said he would. He didn’t. The charge just cleared and nothing changed. Honestly, Gustavo should’ve taken off that charge as well as the $3.00 delivery charge. But that would mean he’d have to pay attention and care about the customer experience. Speaking to him on the phone showed me that was not...

Bad customer service the Guy at the counter took my order for 1 pepperoni and 2 topping 6-Slice pizza and a drink charged my card GAVE MY ORDER TO A GROUP OF OTHER CUSTOMERS without even acknowledging he did so and did not reconfirm it with them just gave it to them...kept looking at me knowing he did not have my pizza given to me as i sat for 25 minutes. As I approached the counter he said "ITS BEEN READY!" I told him how so if you walked to the other group gave them their food plus my order and I had to walk up here to ask about my order... So this place is very unprofessional and cannot even get your orders right without giving your purchased meal to other people in the dining. Never even once made sure my order was given to me but kept looking over at me because he knew he messed up and could not approach me to let me know. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE ENOUGH STAFF AND HAVE VERY POOR SERVICE AND VERY RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS WHEN THERE WAS JUST ME AND 1 SMALL GROUP THERE AND THEY STILL CANNOT GET THEIR ORDERS RIGHT...WASTED MY WHOLE LUNCH TIME...Not to mention they gave me no proof that my card was voided on the purchase so If I get charged they will not enjoy my presence if I have to return for a...

I've been ordering pizza every few weeks at this Marcos for about 6 months. Always been good pizza and the workers are always super nice. I got home with our dinner tonight and the pizza was completely soaked with grease. I called and the manager told me he'd remake it without the crust sauce, and I told him "nah it's all good, we've gotten it like 10 times and it's always been good. This one is different than usual." I sat in silence for about 10 seconds and said "hello?" The manager got really mad and asked "well what do you want me to do?" I tried to slow down the conversation and asked him where the anger started and I was just trying to talk. He responded "You're complaining about a greasy pizza I don't know what you want." He immediately dismissed me and told me they would no longer be remaking my pizza and then hung up on me. I called back and tried to talk to him again. Half of it was normal, so I asked if he would do a refund and not worry about remaking it. He mad and ignoring everything I was saying at that point and then hung up again. I'll drop some pictures and I'll let them tell me if it looks like normal.

I’m highly disappointed with my choice for lunch today. I’ve seen lots of advertisements for Marco’s Pizza. Today I stopped by a restaurant wishing my route. Nobody in the store, phone didn’t ring the 30min I was sitting in there. My small pepperoni pizza took 30 min to make, which was my lunch break. Pizza The young lady at the counter was talking on the phone with her earbud and not paying attention to the customer. I’m guessing the guy in the back was a manager, he wasn’t moving much either and made me wait at the counter until the young lady took my order. Before I left the parking lot, I took a bite of my pizza. There’s no flavor to the dough, sauce had no flavor and crust was chewy. Pizza wasn’t cut correctly, had to tear apart the slices to try and eat it. I’ve had better pizza experiences out of a frozen pizza than what I experienced today. This was my first and only time visiting a Marco’s pizza.

From what I understand there are only two Marco's Pizzas in town that have the dine-in option (but more than a few- pickup and delivery locations). This is one with a dining room. Very clean. Although for the most part it was delivery and pickup. Service was very kind. Drinks are from the sliding glass cooler, so no Fountain available. All right let's talk Pizza. A friend of mine turned me on to the Ultimate Magnifico Pizza, and I never looked back. My preference is always for thin crust and crispy but I ended up with just the standard crust and was very pleased. I like that there's not too much sauce on the pizza that everything's floating. And those little sausages and the little pepperonis are delicious. There's a reason they call it the Ultimate Magnifico!
