I went earlier to this McDonald's to get some breakfast.I was greeted by a female then this young man who goes by "Hail mary" stepped in told him I just came from another McDonald's where systems were down and was trying to get some information on long it be before I can get breakfast. Every question I asked he'd be like"yup" I asked how long it'll be before system is up and he said "Yup" to everything I asked for his name and he said "Hail mary" I asked if he was trying to be cute then finally after all this rude service I was receiving Joseph stepped in and told me it be 15 minutes. All this time he was listening to the conversation and still let it go on.It's a damn shame and manager never apologized.Unbelievable! Went back and second time. I asked cashier if he was "Hail mary" and he said yes. I told him he was rude and his behavior was unacceptable. Started mouthing off to me again and says "I get minimum wage bro" I asked if he felt it was ok to treat customer's this way and he started mouthing off to me again. I spoke with Joseph and he defended his employee. I asked if he heard the conversation and he said yes. His employee was justified in his behavior. Mind blowing experience!!Smh You need to get rid of these two employees.You're going to lose a whole lot of business because of them and to anyone thinking about going here. Read moreWe came to this McDonald's because the one closest to us was out of the things we wanted. So we place our order and pull up to pay. We have two cards and told them we needed it split. The cashier then charged it all to one card. It happens. We'll figure the division out later. Then we get pulled up to a reserved spot. No big deal. We ordered $50 worth of food so we expected to wait a bit. 25 minutes later we're still waiting. So I call to make sure they haven't forgotten about us. They say they haven't and the food is coming out. 5 more minutes pass and finally the food comes out. The fries in the kids meal were ice cold. So call bck to the employees who brought out the food and tell them the fries are cold. They literally laugh and tell us the fries just came out. Yes, the larger fries were fresh. But the kids meal fries were cold and we asked them to replace them. They took the box, while rolling their eyes and laughing all the way back in. We'll never return to this location. I can't believe how terrible this experience was.
Update: Got home and a bunch of the order was wrong. Fish sandwich missing the tartar sauce. Things we asked for, like extra mayo on one sandwich and extra pickles on another came with plain and dry without anything at all on them. Worst McDonald's I've...
Read moreI am a regular customer, meaning I go to this Specific McDonalds most every day. If not, it would be another McDonalds. My order rarely changes. I get a HOT and I quote HOT 1st for a reason. Hot Large Caramel Latte and usually a small strawberry smoothie. This rarely changes. Today I asked for the usual HOT large caramel latte and the employee asked hot or iced and I repeated to her I told you HOT and she said...."HHHAAAAYYYY!" I told her excuse me do you have an attitude and she just kept rambling on and giving me an attitude until I asked for her name, and she shut her mouth and only spoke when after that when she told me she was getting her manager. I asked her why she stopped giving me an attitude and talking when I asked her name. Her manager finally got on the intercom and said she could not give me the employees name. And gave me her name LYDIA. She presented the situation as her employee's actions were not a big deal. She also had a bad attitude. I have never had issues with this McDonalds due to usual sweet and kind employees working the drive thru. I will not be back to this McDonalds.
