Diane I think was her name the older lady, manager with blue eyes. She said my mobile order wasn't in the system and that I hadn't paid. She asked did I get a notification. I showed her my phone and she looked like a deer in the headlights. (I was waiting for about 10 minutes, before anyone came to the window. After being told to move forward after the manger on duty yelled at the sweet girl at the window. (COME NOW, WHATS THE HOLD UP! LET'S MOVE!) I could see the timidness in this girls eyes. She asked me politely, will you please move forward to window 3. I said of course. So now the manger comes and goes, cause I told her I canceled it on my phone and now the order no longer appears on my end. Will you please check if my name comes on the screen? She looks at my like seriously? Yes, seriously. My card is charged!!! If I cancel my order I want to make sure I am not still being charged.
So I wait and this nice guy comes to the window. I said, oh where's the lady. Ughm she got caught up in the back. (Clearly see it in his face she no longer wanted to deal with my mobile order.) I said oh. So he tells me my name came off the screen, I said thank you. And asked him, she didnt want to come back this way did she? He's like ugh. I don't know? ( total frustration on his face) I said well I wanted to talk to her would you please ask her to come up again.
So she gets there ( annoyed as heck look on her face) and I told her, I was hoping you would come back to tell me yourself. I need to address another matter. I wanted to tell you that you should be a little nicer to your employees. She gives me the nasty stare, I told her. As a customer who's listening at the pick up window. I understand orders need to be out by a certain time, but you don't need to yell the thway you did. She was trying to figure out my order, since you had already told me it wasn't showing up. She was trying to see what went wrong. But instead of nicely talking to the crew, like you are now talking to me. You snapped before knowing what was wrong.
First time stopping at this location for anything and maybe the last. I don't like when people are mistreated. Oh and she shut the window on me while I was still trying g to talk to her. Poor customer service all around and rude and aggressive leadership all on her part. EVERYONE ELSE WAS SUPER SWEET AND POLITE. DON'T...
Read moreLet me first start off by saying JAZELLE the supervisor has the worst attitude and should really get reevaluated or trained on her customer service skills. I just came from the drive through around 5:45 AM to get some breakfast. From the moment I drove up and she started speaking, she acted like I was bothering her, at her job. She didn’t listen to my order, when I asked for 2 breakfast combo meals with a coffee and an orange juice and an oatmeal on the side.
I pull up to the window, which it took her a while to even come to, but when she finally did, she gave me one combo with a coffee and the oatmeal leaving out the second combo. I didn’t notice the meal just yet but I reminded her about the orange juice. She then handed it to me (with no straw) and shut the window. As it was shutting, I said “ma’am”, but the window shut anyways. I waited for a few then honked my horn that’s when she came back. I reminded her that I ordered 2 meals but only got one which she insisted I only ordered only 1. I know what I ordered lady!
So then she goes back to make the order that she forgot and hands it to me like I’m bothering her, yet again! I then asked her for her name which she said, Jazelle. I let her know she was being rude but she insisted she wasn’t and we went back and forth over that issue. This isn’t an argument lady I’m letting YOU know from my point of view that you are! Up until now I gave you no reason to act the way you did. Then she said “have a good day” standing at the window waiting for me to drive off. Super confrontational and extremely unprofessional. Who acts that way at their place of employment? And you represent Mc Donald’s? Do better, JAZELLE!
I’ll be calling corporate as soon as they open to add to the horrible reviews that this place has. I’ll be going up the street over by Sea World off of 151 & Westover Hills instead of coming to this miserable place. I suggest whoever is reading this...
Read moreProbably one of the worst McDonalds I've been to. As many have mentioned, the service is extremely slow. And I had one absolutely awful visit a couple days ago. Two employees decided it was funny to make ridiculous faces and noises at me (the kind people do when making fun of mentally handicap people). All the while, the other employees were standing around laughing about it. It bothered me, but I blew it off as immature kids goofing around. I came back to to the restaurant about 20 mins later (doordash driver) and one of the same kids (employee) started doing the same thing, going as far as leaning over the counter and making the same mocking faces and sounds. At that point I realized that I parked in the disabled parking spot in front of the door (I do have a permit) that you can clearly see from behind the counter. It seriously made me wonder if that is the reason he was doing this. I sure hope not I confronted a manager about it, and while I was speaking to the manager, the same employee was making faces behind her back. The manager was obviously blowing it off and didn't seem to care, while saying the typical "I'm sorry about that sir". Why would you have employees working customer service that obviously are too immature to be interacting with customers? If you have a disability or disability parking permit, DO NOT go to this location. Immature employees that mock customers and a manager that does...
