Seemed like there was too much communication in the kitchen that's all. The kid helping us was on his phone and stuff. Took like 20 minutes to get the food out, and it was only a few people inside the restaurant. I dont want to say they weren't busy because I know they got the drive-thru to take care of as well....but still. You can tell when people are just on autopilot you know? Like it's fast food I get it, not the most sought after job but I truly felt that the staff was over it lol. Bless the kid that was helping us he took so long and kept getting distracted but all the food go out. He was also never rude or disrespectful, just a little slow and out of it haha. But anyways we ate here around 10pm. Perhaps the earlier shifts aren't so bad but I'll leave that to the McDonald's "Day Walkers".
P.S did you guys know they close the play place area for the kids at 9pm? We sure didn't. Some guy was just like "Hey dont go in there its closed!" Lol we were like "thats the only reason we came to this stupid McDonald's!" It definitely wasn't for the gourmet food this fine establishment provides. Or the many amenities for the whole family. It sure as hell wasn't the speedy and friendly service. So if we were a tad bit too loud consider changing that policy maybe 🤷♂️ lol I didn't want all the kids eating right next to me either guys COME ON...
Read moreEvery time I visit this McDonald's it's a bad experience. This past time was ridiculous. First off, the wait was so long (as it always is)! There was only 4 cars ahead of me yet I waited for over 20 minutes during my visit!! Secondly, the lady that was taking my order (middle aged lady with glasses) was just so rude, not friendly and just trying to rush to take my order. I would like to add this lady does the same thing every time I visit this location. She is very slow and has a rude tone. I visit this location at least twice a week and I always end up disliking my visit when she is on shift. Thirdly, she got my order wrong. I ordered 2 vanilla cones and she only gave me one, just charged me for 1 as well so I couldn't order it again once I pulled up. Fourth thing, my burger was OLD AND COLD. I took pictures of the burger they sold me and showed it to some friends whom agreed it looked pretty old and it was so hard and cold. The cheese was already dark all along the edges, the buns were cold and hard, I threw my burger away once I got home. I tried calling the restaurant to complain and possibly get a new burger but NO ANSWER! I did leave a voicemail but I never recieved a call back. Read moreIf I could give negative stars, I would I really don’t like going to McDonald’s but I do because of my girls. I order on the app and went inside to get my food gave them the code. My food was not even prepared. I ordered at 7:10 arrived at McDonald’s at 7:45 thinking that was plenty of time for them to prepare my food. Took them about five minutes to acknowledge me. Once they did gave them my order number and they could not find it in the system. Show them the confirmation and email. and still no luck. you would think as a manager you would prepare my food right away, but that was not the case. I saw her prepare about four orders before she even acknowledge mine. Finally, the guy prepared my order and handed it to me. I then looked in the bag and there was no jelly. No napkins. Customer service is not up to par. So I told the guy it’s OK. I’m in a hurry, he laughed at me and turned away. I addressed him again and asked him if he was laughing at me. He said sure. I asked to talk to the Manager. The manager was standing right in front of him and told her he likes to speak with you not even acknowledging me. She said he needs to come back later. I’m busy.
