We went on Thursday March 24th around 4pm. Right off the back you could tell the cashier was struggling. I think she was new and had lack of training. It was almost as if they just threw her out there. I know she was frustrated. But, she started giving everyone attitude too. Kept saying “well Iam New, Iam new”. Trust me I been there before, being new to a job, but that’s not how you treat people. While in line, the female manager told her to lock the door for the dine in because they couldn’t keep up with the orders. So I immediately started even second guessing if I should even order. I figured crispy tacos would be quick. Boy was I wrong, It took them 30 minutes just to get 5 tacos and 2 large fries… 30 MINUTES. It shouldn’t of taken that long. It doesn’t even take that long to get food at an actual restaurant. The guest next to our table was telling us he had counted eight people complained about their food order being wrong. One of the guys that ordered to go before me, came back because he said he received only 15 tacos out of the 20 he ordered. I saw a door Dash driver waiting about 45 minutes for the order she was delivering. The lady Who ordered before me said they got her order completely wrong. And so the cashier and her went at it. The gentleman who sat next to me in the dining area went to tell the manager very nicely that his nachos were extremely greasy. What i witnessed next shocked me, the manager started yelling at him and telling him “ well there’s gonna be grease because of the chips”. He showed me his plate and it looked absolutely DISGUSTING, I wouldn’t even feed my dog that. That female manager needs to be taken care of and certainly retrained. She yelled at that man for no reason at all. I wanted to cry for him. Another guest recorded her and I hope she contacts corporate with the video. She kept interrupting him, and continued to raise her voice at him. I was SHOCKED. Then to make matters worse, an employee leaving asked “who’s the owner of the red jeep”. The owner said “that’s my car” she then told the customer “you need to move your car because I can’t get in, if not I’ll just hit your car” I was speechless. This employee was being picked up, so how come her ride ride didn’t just park somewhere else is beyond me! We won’t be coming back to this location ever again!! I seriously can’t believe what we witnessed. The only nice employee was the gentleman working in the kitchen. He made sure my banana split came out correctly and he even...
Read moreWow....... Let me start by saying I've loved DQ my whole life..... But I think it's time I say goodbye forever. The last three times I've been over charged , and the last three times I've gotten my order all messed up , and the quality of food this time around made me sick. Litterally throwing up. The oil in which the steak fingers and chicken were fried tasted so gross, it seems like they haven't changed the oil in months. I opened my chicken sandwhich and appears to have a bite already taken out of it . I did not eat the chicken sandwhich. The Jalisco ranch burger I got with an extra patty and they forgot my pepper jack cheese and added a whole bunch of sliced jalapenos which helped the burned old meat under a heat lamp taste. All in all , the manager didn't care when I asked her how did a double burger and a chicken sandwhich and 2 steak fingers come out to 22.00 and a 40 minute wait with 2 cars in front of me one of which waited fifteen minutes just for 2 small blizzards. The employees don't care , the manager doesn't care , and the food has hurt me after I've been a faithful supporter for 25 years. Well sadly this comes to an end . Time to find another local place to give my business to , one that treats me like I matter. Do better DQ , invest in your people so that they invest in us customers. Smh!!!!!
Edit : I will not return. You have had several chances to get it right and it's disgusting how y'all only care about money vs caring about your customers , employees , and places of business. No way , I'm...
Read moreMy family and I stopped for a lunch since we were viditing this side of town. Although the outside lacks drive up appeal (looked permanently closed), the interior was surprisingly clean. We noticed that they have an A/96 rating by the health department.
The cashier was nice and quickly took our orders (3 mini blizzard meals deals and 1 lunch meal with a sundae). After about 12-15 minutes, we received our food hot off press.
I started eating my fries and then opened my burger. It was a shame. It was noticeably burned which leaves me to wonder why did the food preparer think it was okay to consider it an acceptable presentation.
Dismayed, I returned to the cashier and ask him to please provide me a burger that was not burned. He apologized and returned it to the kitchen. He came back out and said okay.
About a minute later, the cashier brought back my burger with a new bun. I personally and professionally feel that the entire burger should have been remade, because the rest of the burger was no longer hot.
I appreciate the cashier for trying to be helpful but I suggest the food presentation training for those that handle the food. They should ask themselves 2 questions before sending out a meal.
They are: Would I eat this or find this appealing? Does this look like the commercial ( or close to it)?
If my food would mot have been flawed, I would have rated this eatery as a 4.5 (points off for needed updates to...
