Freddy Hats — Local services in San Antonio

I was there 5 before 11 because they open at 11 on Saturday and worker got there 20 mins late the owner Freddy wasn’t there which was disappointing I came from out of town to be able to get my hat shaped from him and I was there a lot of people asked if he was there or if he was coming he should have at least posted on social media saying that he will be out of the store. For being a hat shop they have nice amount of straw hats but for being in season for a felt hat they have a below average selection just rodeo king and not much of variety. I was going hoping for a nice American felt. You might be better off going to herbs hat shop also located in San Antonio they have a big variety of felt hats different colors brands and sizes they only thing is it’s always jam packed. The 2 workers that were there were nice tho and they shaped my hat...

My daughter needed a hat, fitted and shaped for a music festival. We showed up close to closing time and asked if it was cool to be there that late… Freddy said “it’s never too late for work.” I knew he was the man. My daughter played musical hats for at least a half hour. With Freddy’s advice, she found the perfect hat. He then went to work shaping, fitting, adjusting then finally got it just perfect. Now I’m going to have to take my wife to get a hat, and I’ll tell all my friends to go back...

Worst experience ever no communication took tree hats to get sweat bands and one of them to get clean one week later pick up hats and they didn’t do anything to them they just said that they didn’t have the material to do the job I don’t recommend them for anything it’s seems that they just don’t care about their services or the people and the saddest thing about this they where highly recommend from the San Antonio charros association from...
