I would avoid this place. I made an online order from their company website, which I've never had problems with in the past, but this time the store claimed there wasn't a record of my order. I thus showed them my online receipt, on my phone, and the store still refused to honor the purchase, which is basically theft/ stealing my money. The police dispatcher agreed, and sent an officer, who made a report, and recommended I call corporate. First I tried the store manager, but she refused a refund, saying there wasn't any record of my purchase. So I called corporate, and was told my order would be investigated, and a refund would be granted. But almost two weeks later, and nothing. I've had to turn to a charge back from my bank, and the better business bureau, plus a complaint with the State Attorney General. The store here is basically seemingly very unethical to attempt to keep my money as I understand mistakes happen, but upon showing the receipt, my order should have been honored, and they sort things out with corporate. That's their job, and comes with owning a business, it's not my job. I shouldn't have to jump through so many hoops to get my money back. Today Oct. 7 placed An order the lady at the window said she doesn't have an order from me. She told me why did I order through the app, that is easier to just order there. I don't think she knows how to pull up the order or somethings wrong with the app but anyways after driving over there sitting in the drive thru I pushed the cancel button that's on the order and left. Well I check my bank card and I see the money pending like the transaction went through. I also see that on the rewards app it gave me points towards my rewards and took away the 2 free donuts reward. They forgot to give us 2 glazed donuts we ordered and proceeded to argue with us with a Chinese lady now and it clearly stated in our receipt 2 orders of 2 glazed donuts and they would be warm they weren’t warm and even when we asked them he said no he wouldn’t give us warm donuts. Very strange rude behavior right from the beginning. I’ve never been to Shipley donuts before and my daughter was so happy to take me because it’s her favorite donut place and this is the experience we had very disappointing obviously will never go back to that location on Culebra Rd.
