Mi Parrillada Mexican Food — Restaurant in San Antonio

Last time I come here, been coming here always but this Wednesday I came here to buy a burrito plate and I ate there and the very next day I was vomitting 🤮 like on Thursday Halloween day I was vomitting all day and night I couldn’t drink water or anything had people calling me asking me if I’m going out and I had to say no, and today Friday I feel a little better I can actually manage to hold my phone or have an actual conversation now but I’m really disappointed I would always come here and for this to happened really made me think that it’s not worth it please tell your cooker stop cooking so fast and to relax and have food temperature right just bcs the plate is the hottest thing on the plate food doesn’t mean the food is cooked all the way. But yeah last time...

Llevo más de 2 años viniendo a este lugar. Siempre lo han hecho BIEN. Fui este domingo a comer unos tacos y mi esposa pidió el plato de panqueques. Después de conducir de regreso a casa durante 20 minutos, descubrí que me habían dado los tacos equivocados. Los llamé y me dijeron que trajeran los tacos porque no sonaban bien. Me dieron frijoles con queso en lugar de carne guisada. Así que regresé 20 minutos y les pedí que rehicieran el plato de mi esposa porque ella ya le había puesto almíbar a sus panqueques y cuando regresáramos a casa para comer juntos estarían empapados. Me dijeron que no había ningún problema con ese plato, así que no iban a hacer eso. Que lugar tan triste. Debería haber revisado mi comida dos veces antes de regresar a casa. Tienen toneladas de carteles colocados. Verifique su pedido antes de irse porque supongo que siempre se equivocan así y no intentan corregir sus errores. Lo más probable es que no regrese a este establecimiento de menor reputación. ¿Por qué no cometieron correctamente su error y, para causarme molestias, simplemente rehicieron algunos panqueques?

I've been coming to this place for over 2 years now. They've always done FINE. I went this Sunday for some tacos and my wife got the pancake plate. After driving back home 20 minutes away I found out they gave me the wrong tacos. I called them and they said to bring the tacos back because it didn't sound right. They gave me bean and cheese instead of Carne guisada. So I drove back 20 minutes and asked them to remake my wife's plate because she already put syrup on her pancakes and by the time we got back home to eat together they would be soggy. They told me nothing was wrong with that plate so their not going to do that. What a sad place. I should have double checked my food before I went all the way home they have tons of signs posted check your order before leaving because I guess they always mess up like this and don't try and make their mistakes right. I more then likely won't be returning to this less then reputable establishment. Why wouldn't they just make their mistake right and for inconveniencing me just remaking...

I order from this restaurant cause food is good and close to where I live but have overlooked several times when waitresses get the orders wrong either in person or in the drive-thru and when you bring it to their attention the just tell you they are sorry but don't offer to correct their mistakes so this time after again messing up my order I decided enough and rate this restaurant there is never a manager on site to talk about bad service waitresses are providing . from my experience I believe it's cause the majority of the waitresses are from Mexico and don't really understand English and are always joking among themselves . sad cause it's a good restaurant but are...
