Taqueria Jalisciense — Restaurant in San Antonio

Today I came to this restaurant to eat with my mom for dinner my mom ordered the soft Taco plate beef and when she got it she took a bite out of it and the beef was no good so we told the waitress if she could please change it and bring her something else the waitress notified us that if we were going to change it or return it that we still had to pay for the plate we have to pay half price and I explained to her that my mom only took one bite she did not touch the rice it was just one piece and it's no good the waitress insisted that we had to pay half price so I just told her go ahead and take it and just give my mom something else I asked to speak to the manager or the owner when she left to go and get the owner the lady beside me told me that the waitress was the owner's sister so the owner came out and she explained the situation to him and he and her just left in her face and she still insisted we had to pay half price so I just decided to pay half price for the plate we didn't even touch and it was no good it was rotten I just do not recommend this restaurant no customer...

If you're a taco lover like me and looking to try something different, I highly recommend this hidden gem in San Antonio. It's one of the few places in town where you can find an excellent higado encebollado (liver & onions) taco, and let me tell you, it's surprisingly delicious! Don't be put off by the idea of liver and onions in a taco until you've given it a chance - it's a unique flavor combination that works amazingly well, I ask for mine in a lightly fried handmade corn tortilla.

But that's not all this place has to offer. Another personal favorite of mine is their crispy tripa mini tacos. These little wonders are crunchy, flavorful, and they pack them generously. It's a must-try for any taco enthusiast.

The atmosphere is casual and cozy, and the staff is friendly and eager to help. It's a great spot to relax and enjoy some truly authentic tacos.

So, if you're in the mood for a taco adventure, head over to this place and give their higado encebollado a try. I promise you won't be...

I came in about 4:00 p.m. and I saw the waitresses they saw me no one wanted to help a girl came in I guess from the parking lot to work for the evening shift and she's the one who came in and help me all the other girls wake her just never bothered you know I ordered two tacos in her soda and then I want to order some more and the waitresses were busy doing nothing behind me I had to wave down the cook and get a detention for him to dog awake at this it's turning around which customer do I block you the food was good you got a good cook the service was zero So I'm never going to eat there again and I was telling somebody today at a restaurant that gave great service how bad you guys were unless you the restaurant and she told me she was there too one time and the service was terrible and that's why you're with her head very few people all day long if you have really good people you'd be busy all day long like a good restaurant down the road anyhow I know you guys are going to do nothing because no one cares they just want to have...
