First off I would not give this place not even 1 star if it was possible. I moved here in 2021. And my experience has been the worst place I ever lived. I don't know where to begin so bear with me please. The people in the office act like they have a right to be picky on who moves in when they got homeless drug addicts taking our laundry giving haircuts in the laundry room, stealing our mail, sleeping in the vacant Apts, they be trying to steal anything u have when u are gone. Idk where my mail goes. They won't fix the mailboxes or put security. They lie and said thay some security drives by. They're hasn't been security since 2022. They don't do nothing about the homeless leaving theyre dirty needles in the playground. I've had to run off these homeless drug addicts. Second they charge u for trash and pest control when they don't even come in and spray. I am the pest control and security here. They have all these hidden fees, one of the neighbors had water from the rain come into the walls of the apt. And they did nothing. Nothing. They're neighbor had They're toilet water leaking and went into They're apt damaging They're infants toys and carpet and furniture but all they did was lend them a fan. Water came into my apt from the Rain myself numerous times and when I tried to get in contact with the office the didn't answer. They never answer. But once they rent is due they will make sure to contact you. Let's see, my car was towed away by the towing company they have a contract with when I had my sticker, my car has been broken into and when I called them they never answered. The maintenence don't do They're job, if you decide ide to move in make sure u take pics save emails and what u sent because they will lie about it. My cousin Mike had a roof that was caving in and they were threatening to charge him for it when he moved, thankfully he saved the emails he sent them about the issue since he moved in. The maintenance man is to busy trying to score weed for the manager Marivel. Think about that!!! Your apartment managers are using the maintenance workers to score drugs. Theyre on drugs. And that aint no lie, i will put it on everything i love.The last manager got fired for taking money from the tenants via the raised up rent fees. This manager ain't no better. I'm so glad I moved. The only reason I moved there was because of the location, if you ask me if it was worth it, it wasn't. Not even the mold that we have breathed in our systems. Yes!!! Mold!!! It's sad because not everyone knows or they're to scared to because of threat of eviction. Speaking of dirty the apartment management will charge you if there's roaches when you move out. These apartments been having roaches, they're everywhere. Remember we get charged every month for pest control but they don't come and spray. They're excuse is that we are charged for the service that's available at request, pffffttt!!!!!! I would rather live in the Alazan courts, and that's saying alot. Stacy the other manager or assistant manager is rude and does NOT live up to her word. Let's see, they don't do nothing when you have room mates fighting all hours of the night, waking everyone up. Then trying to threaten you cuz you don't give them a ride. You have tenants who have They're pit bulls without a leash walking around your kids. I love dogs but everyone knows those dogs can turn on you. You don't know how the dogs are raised. With all these animal attacks happening to everyone do you want your child around that????? Think about it for a minute. Seeing your infant scream in pain and agony cuz some lazy dog owner won't leash They're pet. The apartments used to be nice back in the day. Also I forgot to add that when I first moved in, the toilet didn't work. Imagine having to go in a shopping bag. It took days for them to fix it. We were without hot water for like 2 weeks, during the coldest days. I can keep going but I ran out of space so I had to edit this so I warn you DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE. TRUST ME. DONT MOVE HERE. At first everything was fine... Things around the apt started having problems like the A/C going out and the bathroom flooding because the kitchen plumbing was tapped into bathroom plumbing the fridge produces a small river at the the bottom. Nothing was ever fixed in a timely manner what so ever and the repairs would only last 2 days tops. The water in my building gets cutoff without notice several times without notice. Well they notified a couple times but i guess it became so frequent they got tired of posting notices. It always got cutoff from 9am to 4pm as if no one needs to shower any other hygienic activities before work or after. SMH. And just to top it off the buildings are completely infested with rats living in the walls. If you come to view an apt stand near a wall and listen for urself. They have already made their way in quite a few apts. I made it to the 10nth month of the lease when things kinda started going down hill for me financially. I decided to seek assistance from some county programs which was looking good until the apt manager comes up to my apt my wife answers the door and this unprofessional lady who calls herself the manager starts making threats to lock us out and also to come inside and start going through our belongings to take any items of value in which she claims to have the right to do so. Now either she was playing the intimidation card or she is an apt manager with no knowledge of tentant rights and rental laws in Texas. Ill take the eviction no big deal plus ive found a new job and have already put down a deposit on a better apt thats about 150$ less per month and are properly maintained. I highly recommend to do ur research when looking for an apt. Make sure if ur gonna be paying 875$ a month that the unit is in tip top shape. I mean hey they if they want to charge 875 plus utilities then theyd better have a nice and well kept place for you as well. Unfortunately this place does not make the cut. I would rather live in a homeless shelter than this place. I mean the county jail is way cleaner and better maintained than this place. Not over exxagerating. Dont believe me lol go ahead and come sign a lease then youll see. In conclusion im well aware of the eviction process as well as my rights as a tenant in which im hoping to god get violated on camera before the court date. Educate yourself in your rights because its very important. Don't wait til they get violated to start learning. Now 15 yrs ago this place was good place to live formally known as the pollyannas. Idk what happened but its a shame how its ended up. No compassion or sympanthy for the community just another establishment whos only concern is the money. No wonder this place is in a downward spiral. Parking lot jus got an upgrade tho guess the pest control wasnt as important. U got a rat infestation? Who cares at least you dont have drive thru potholes anymore lol. SMFH. Ok im done...could go longer but theres plenty more reviews here that tell it how it is. Jus look at the score lol...

The carpet is not clean before moving in even tho they write in ur contract that it is... Carpet has bed bugs and they Dont spray or cover that in there extermination despite several tenant complaints so I was informed after getting them a month in..mailboxes are always broken into by children the gates are lock by lock and chain and even if u live there u have to jump or go the whole block around just to get into the apartment complex u live in...u pay the water bill divided by other tenants ...which means if they move out or in who ever left pays that water bill it changes amount a lot..PLUS they have swimming pools which u pay for water but never allowed to used they even got new taller gates so we can't use them but they like to clean and refill water and raise the bill..ever so offer to me that's our bill of water and can't even have that luxery...the office has office hours but they Dont commit to actually being there....Dont put ur rent slip in the mail slip like they advise u when they not there other contract ppl go in and out of the office when they not there and the money can go missing thats what happend to my neighbors lucky for them they has a reciept for money order cuz they keep on perauing them to pay or they were gana get kickout...plus they never open on the first or the second yet rent due and if u Dont pay past 3 day they charge u a fee of 35$ ...really they not open when its time to pay rent which is the first.but they sure wana charge u that fee..we didn't get our mailbox till six months in and even at that they said go to post office to get one... Really p.o boxes are not that easy to get when they want documents other than I.D...one time during a notice they went into my apartment when I wasn't there after the notice saying they won't go in without me there to schedule when they can do a walk thru I was mad my stuff was mess with and moved around... With out my permission or me being there after they were told with a letter not to go in without me being present cuz I had to work... There were two cops and residents shoot out there and a murder a few doors down.. Now the roaches despite the sprays and keeping clean didn't work and a few months almost the lease up they stop spraying and when ask when they gana spray again they said soon..and they gana get new appliances yet raise the rent beyond what its worth a 1 bedroom house is cheaper than the price they wana make it too... There name gana change to mission something honestly even with a new name its still the same place ...I Dont...
