I will call the Health Department tomorrow. I needed to use the toilet and when I went to use it everything was soaking wet. The floor seemed flooded so I told the lady in the register the rest room needed attention. The old man at the front door asked me to show him what was wrong. I showed him with my flashlight that all the toilets were wet, the floor lookes flooded and he said that they had cleaned the restroom. I told him that there was no wet floor signs posted, so he got a small traffic cone with "Piso Mojado" and placed it on the floor next to the sink. Then I go ahead and clean/dry the toilet seat and the old man I guess had one of his employees mop up the wet floor. Old man told me to be careful since they were moping. I finished using the toilet and joined my family. My daughter found some hair in her macaroni. At this point, I told my wife that we would ask for a refund and procedded to leave. I had been at my table for about 5 mins before we decided to leave. I had asked for the "cracker" for the crab legs but the guy who I asked just said yes and left and started cleaning another section. I saw another waiter and asked him also for the plyers/cracker and he took one out of his pocket and gave it to me. I could feel the cracker/plyers nice and warm from that body heat in his pant pocket. At this point I was like yep, time to get out of here.... Will call the BBB, TX Health Department and other agencies to come check...
Read moreThe WORST place to eat at. They want to control where one can seat at. Sometimes when we dine out, we adults choose to sit at one table and our teen son and friends sit at another table next to us. Such was the case when we were about to sit down. Their staff immediately told us that we had to all sit at the same table...the hostess then called upon another higher ranking employee who treated us as if we were breaking some federal law. She spoke NO English so we asked the hostess what was being said, we were told that we MUST ALL sit together. I told her that if it means that we sit in another section where the same waitress has jurisdiction of both tables then we will go to that section. She said no that her higher-up non-English speaking co-worker insists we MUST sit together or we will need to pay in two separate tickets. We sat exactly where we wanted to sit. We made sure we paid our dinner as one ticket. As for its environmental condition indoors, if one looks around you will see trash throughout the dining room underneath the tables; also, we had to look around for salt shakers from three different tables before we could find a salt shaker with no foreign object in it. We will NEVER return to that place.
Although we had to click on a star before we could POST our experience; we give it a NO...
Read moreI have been to this restaurant several times, so my most recent experience was very disappointing. On entry, I was not greeted, the employees were sitting at a table near the counter. I waited a bit, then was going to walk in before I was finally noticed. Once I was seated, I got my food, and sat and started eating. I was done with my plate, and I had not yet been approached by a server or given my drink. When I voiced my concern to the lady at the register, told her to forget about my tea since I had been waiting and never received it, she told me I hadnt been waiting as long as I said, and referenced the time on my ticket. On checking, I found that the register at the entrance was giving the wrong time by almost ten minutes. At this point, the manager or owner, not sure who he was, came up and started saying something to me about the seafood, and if I didnt want to pay for seafood...since I had not once mentioned seafood, I was quite irritated. The staff in general showed very poor customer service, and even though the manager (?) did apologize once he understood the situation and offered me a tea for free, I drank water with my food and left the glass of tea. It will be a long time before I...
