If I could give zero stars, I would. I understand everyone is busy and understaffed right now, but the service I just received was completely unacceptable! I ordered one medium pizza, cheesy bread, and a 2 liter of root beer. The app said I could expect delivery within 30 min. An hour and a half later, a DoorDash delivery guy shows up ( I did NOT order through DD) to deliver my lukewarm food and says there was no soda at the store and I need to call them to fix it. (Ok whatever, it happens) So I call the store and am automatically placed on hold for 30 min before someone just takes the phone off the receiver and leaves it. I can hear them talking and laughing in the background. After 10 min of me yelling through the phone trying to get their attention, someone finally answers, apologizes, and says she was in the back and has no idea what happened. Then tells me the DD guy was lying and there is soda, but she doesn’t have any deliver people at the moment to bring it to me. When I requested a refund, I was told they could only credit my account. I told her after this experience it’s very unlikely I will be ordering from them again. She said that’s fine and I could just come by any time to redeem the credit for my soda. Seriously?? Read moreUsed the website to order for delivery. The website automatically directed me to this store in San Antonio, I’m not from the area, based on the address of where I was staying. Ordered online, then received a call from the store that they did not deliver to my address (apartment complex, zip code 78240). They then said they could not deliver the order and rudely directed me to call the 'Medical Center' store without the phone number or any information. I did not get a pizza or a refund because the store at Fredricksburg road at San Antonio did not even pick up the phone until after they were not taking orders (I was on hold for over 35 min), and the individual there did not even answer my question or ask what my issue was. he simply said that I was free to call a different pizza establishment if I couldn't wait on the phone because he was "all by [himself] wth about 50 pizzas to make and delivery time is over 2 hours." I am Not a happy customer, and I am now owed $37 for my order and tip for pizza and sides that were NEVER delivered from TWO stores due to a website glitch and error. I called at 11 PM on the dot nobody answered nobody called to check ma’am did you get your food so not only did was there ants all over the food the order wasn’t even complete and I have no way to get a hold of anybody nobody contacted me to check about the delivery. But they have no problem charging me full price plus the tip for shotty work and missing products.
