New management. I ordered three pizzas and cheese sticks for pickup at 7:15. I arrived at 7:10 and the board stated at 7:15 the order was ready. I was then told a few more minutes and finally at 7:27 I was told the order was ready. I asked if it was correct and I was told yes. When I got home I confirmed that my large thin crust with Italian Sausage was missing. My daughter called to advise them I was on my way to pickup the correct pizza. When I got there I asked for the manager on duty and her attitude was she couldn't be bothered. She let me know on the spot what she couldn't do and stated she would make a new pizza. I then asked her wasn't she already making me a new pizza and she wasn't sure. I then asked her to explain why no verified my order was correct and she said I don't know and walked away. Soon after she brought me my pizza and as she walked away she stated sorry which in my opinion was not sincere at all. I stated sorry wasn't good enough as I walked away and that should have been the end of it. Instead in a loud voice she stated God bless you which stop me in my tracks. I stop and answered her in the same volume that her response was rude and condensing and unacceptable. In my opinion she was trying to tell me that she was morally a better person than me, while never taking into account her attitude and lack of empathy which escalated my frustration with the service I had received from your company. The other issue is she has no clue what my religious beliefs are and this could have escalated this into an ugly situation. Quite honestly my family no longer considers the food at pizza hut a viable option and the only reason we still frequent this establishment is because I like the food there. Read moreI didn't receive my entire order in the first delivery and had to wait for the second part of my delivery. I called to speak to the manager who blamed the driver. I also asked how it would be rectified as this was poor customer service and a huge inconvenience to me to wait on the second part of my order (it was my companion's salad and I didn't want to eat my pizza in front of him so it was cold by the time the salad was delivered.) I was told by the manager at the Fredricksberg road location (Joel) that because I received all my food that he would do nothing to keep me a loyal customer to Pizza Hut. I will never darken your doors or order from you again and will suggest that no one does. I will be leaving a review for that location as well. I understand mistakes can be made but there should be some compensation for the fact that I didn't receive all of my order at once. We ordered pizza and boneless buffalo wings... The wings come with absolutely no sauce not to mention the buffalo pizza was like a cracker very dry. But the whole issue really truly is the lousy customer service we called up the store after a disappointing dinner. Asked to speak to a manager who ended up not being the manager. He said let me explain the situation on the boneless wings which was rude in itself.
