I've been going to Terrell since I was a child. This, of course, is the 3rd or 4th rendition I've seen over the years, which has changed it into a single big box block with a small block in the parking lot, &, of course a vast food restaurant. There used to be a pay phone in the center of the lot closer to Austin Highway that was pretty cool to drive up to & be able to use, & a small building w/ key making man inside, you could drive up to & have a key made, but times, they are a changing, & those are long gone, since the early to mid '80's. We're left with a less cozy center, struggling to survive, as are many these days, though it seems to be doing fairly well, especially w/ Earl Ables as the east most anchor. There is also a FroYo, Denver Mattress, a liquor store, America's Best, Whataburger and a number of other small shops with A Valero gas station (which frequently has some of the lowest prices in the area) is on the adjacent corner.
There is no parking structure, bu there is a large open parking lot which I have never seen totally filled. This is an outdoor shopping center which has adequate sidewalks skirting most...
