Atmosphere is for pickups only, no restaurant dine in, so you can expect it’s relatively free from trash and noise. This was the best part of my visit. Repeatedly my nearest Pizza Hut has been horrible service, wrong orders, nobody there caring to take my feedback or credit my account towards the orders wrong even though I had previously been a very repeat customer because dominos pepperoni sucks. I was really craving pepperoni so figured ordering from this location would be safe; as a door Dasher I’d picked up orders without issue so was really looking forward to finally a good Pizza Hut experience to be had…Right? So wrong!
I arrived and wasn’t greeted, Stuff at the counter for like three minutes, girl at the register just moseying like a cow chews cud, apparently she was making change from the safe for the guy off to the side. Finally acknowledged me with “pick up or placing an order?” To which I say hi and inform her of my order. Takes forever to pay and something told me to check my pizza (I only ordered one item) before leaving. Seeing a bunch of crust all the way around and that not being my experience with pan pizza ever since I was a kid in the Book It program and hearing about “toppings to the edge” I told the girl that wasn’t pan pizza. She asks me do I “like, want them to remake it or something?” To which I tell her yes of course especially since I had to pay extra. No apologies, no inspecting the product herself, just went and told the cook person. I had to yell back there to ask how long as she came back to just stand at the register and literally tap her hands on her thighs like she’s so bored, still nothing to me except “ok they’re gonna redo it” and taking the first pizza away to sit on a counter in the back.
I’m told fifteen minutes on top of the twenty already waited, in the coldest night of the year where it’s dangerous driving. That’s not her problem of course, but jeez, offer me something got my troubles or something.
Fifteen minutes later my pizza comes out and 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️apparently that crappy pizza IS the way PH makes a pan pizza these days - I asked the girl when she shoved my pizza wordlessly across the counter and I looked at it: “That is pan pizza? Seriously?” “Yeah”, and confirmed by searching ph Pam pizza on Google.
How disappointing the pizza was. Even moreso the lack of care to explain to me that the first one WAS pan, and my having to wait in the cold instead of get home with hot pizza even if it’s a change I didn’t expect, to begin with.
The sauce was very heavy and sweet and not good, and I’m not too sure what’s the difference anymore between a hand tossed and pan. I already don’t eat wings or pasta or etc so I doubt I’ll be back unless someone is actually going to give me a few pizzas for my troubles from now both locations, AND those experiences go well. I’ll just have dominos and not eat pepperoni, at least I know what to expect AND most importantly the service...
Read moreI placed an order online for a medium three topping pizza. 16 boneless wings. An order of cheese sticks and a 2 L soda. After waiting an hour my food arrives luke warm. The pizza was a small square pizza and there wasn't anything to drink. I called in and spoke with Kevin the so called manager. He said he could refund me the difference for the pizza and the soda, possibly the delivery fee and the tip which was 20%, in the end it all cost me $50.17. He took down my credit card information and said that the refund should be in there just depends on the bank. As soon as I got off the phone with him I checked my bank and I see that there is a refund for $7.06. I immediately called back and asked to speak to Kevin who at that time is now telling me that he should be able to refund me the difference and the delivery fee but not the tip. He places me on hold for roughly 10 minutes and then gets back on the line and tells me there's nothing that he can do. He then proceeds to Gaslight me telling me that he's not going to do it because I still received items that I ordered. He's also refusing to refund me anything past the cheap $7 even though it's barely a fraction of what I paid I spent 5 minutes asking him or at least trying to figure out if there was another manager or even if he was actually a manager he refused to tell me and when I asked him who the GM was he refuse to give me that information also. After 25 minutes on the phone the only thing he told me was to call in tomorrow and see if somebody else could help me when I asked him who I should speak to he refused to give me the information and eventually just ended up hanging up on me but before he hung up he told me it doesn't matter who I speak to because nobody's going to be able to do anything to help me. This is absolutely the worst customer service experience I've had in 42 years with any fast food or delivery service. The manager that works there Kevin should be fired and or retrained on how to provide proper customer service. I am truly hoping that a GM or area manager or even an owner sees this and contacts me. For all other consumers I hope you know that Pizza Hut no longer delivers pizza they actually go through doordash. This makes it so that they don't have to pay out any wages and on top of that they have plausible deniability when it comes to messed up orders because there's no way for anybody to be able to go back and figure out who to speak to because Pizza Hut will just pass off the blame...
Read moreNever ever ever will I ever order from this pizza hut location ever again. I placed my order online which was easy, medium pepperoni pizza, bread sticks and cinnamon sticks. The email said 12:07 my food would be delivered. 12:07 came and went at about 12:16 I called to see what was going on with my order. Someone answered and before I could even speak they asked me if they could place me on hold. So I was on hold for 5 minutes. I hung up and called back. I spoke with a man who said he would call the driver and see where he was at, I was placed on hold again. After about 3 minutes a lady answered and I told her the problem, because now it had been 20 minutes, she hold me she would get her manager. Manager never answered. It took me calling back 5 MORE TIMES to get anyone to answer. By then my COLD AS* pizza had arrived. I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager. I told her the problem and she was SOOOOOOOO rude. She then tried to tell me the pizzas shouldn't be cold because they are in a warmer. ...... It was 30 minutes late!!!!!!!!!!! I even told her they were 30 minutes late, this is where she started giving her "I'm busy" excuses. She said well I can remake them and have them delivered. Guess what...... They will take another 45 minutes!!!!! She asked sooooo you want the pizza or not. I then told her I have no other choice so yea. NEVER ordering from them ever again. They are too busy to get the pizzas out in a timely manner and entirely too busy to have decent customer service. If I could give this store half a star I would. Looking at the other reviews I'm not the only one....
