I am very disappointed in their customer service. I called to place an order while on my way home one night. I placed the order for a box dinner. The CSR took my order and stated that they did not show me as a previous customer. I explained that was weird because I had called in an order April 2013. He said he was unsure but he had my order and would have someone return my phone call since I was a new customer and then hung up. He didn't even give me the chance to say wait I am not at home can I confirm the order now? I immediately called back and spoke to another CSR. I explained the situation and asked if I could just confirm my order now instead of having someone call me back. He said yes and went through my order. I stated everything was correct and he said great will have it there as soon as we can. By the time our phone call ended I was home. An hour later they still had not delivered my order. I called back to speak to a female CSR who informed me that there was no order under my name. She asked if I called the right # and I said yes. She continued to try and make it as if I had done an error in calling the wrong location. At this point my blood was boiling since my poor 2 year old child was starving. I told her she needed to have my order to my house in 10 minutes and now. She then hung up on me. I called back and got the manager. With my blood more than boiling I loudly told him the situation and he stated yes I remember your order. We tried to call you back to confirm the order because what you ordered is no longer available at our location and you did not answer so we cancelled your order. I stated why in the world would you not call back 10 mins later, since obviously this is someone's dinner. He said that is not policy and that they called me twice and I did not answer. I told him I work for a service company and we would never not continue calling the customer to get ahold of them because they are the customer and they obviously need something as I did that night for dinner. Read moreUsually I get delivery from this pizza hut and never have a problem but 3 day's ago we went in to eat there. They took our order which was just one large thin and crispy pepperoni lovers. They put our order in at 8:50. They brought us our pizza 40 minutes later. They had to go order's and delivery order's constantly going in and out of the place. We were the only one's in the restaurant. They first brought us the wrong pizza and when we told the guy it was wrong he said oh it will be out in a couple of minute's. Then the waiter who was obviously new and tried hard even though he shouldn't have been left by himself brought us the same thing. When we told him it was wrong again he went back and was trying to find the correct one. Then the guy that originally brought us the wrong pizza walked over and pulled our pizza off the table. It was there the whole time! He brought it out to us and when asked why we waited so long for being the only one's in here his answer was we are short staffed and there were a lot of to go order's before your's. I work in fast food and understand being short staffed but there was 9 people back there. 2 of which were just walking around looking lost like they had nothing to do. They were pulling phone's out and not paying attention. They we asked to speak to the manager and he said she was on break and he would see if she would come inside. When asked if there was another manager he said no. He left and came back 10 minute's later with 2 order's of cheese stick's he said was on the house. It was a nice thought but one of the orders tasted like it had been sitting there for at least an hour. And still no manager. I filled out the survey they ask for on the back of the receipt and stated what happened. Left my number and email. Still haven't heard anything back from them. I will not be going back here...
Read moreI am a frequent customer of this Pizza Hut. We've ordered from this shop for many years. This was really the first time of bad customer service. Ordered pizza sandwich salad online. Lady from store called, told me they're "out of product" for the salad. The lady offered me a credit to my credit card or a credit to my account. I chose a credit to my account. Upon arrival, delivery driver told me the store cannot credit the account and that I can just call the store next time for my credit on the next order. I called store and asked for manager, explained my situation to Kandyce, several times. She said "did you just order today, or a few days ago?" I said today. She said oh, we had another "Jessica" asking for a refund for the same thing from two days ago. She said she would credit my credit card. She said she couldn't find my order and asked for the order number (I had literally just placed the order 30 minutes ago) for the last 4 # of my card, twice and I asked for a confirmation #, she placed me on hold. She came back to the phone and told me that she was locked out of the system and manager (she said his name is Louis Gonzalez) would call in 30 minutes to give me the refund confirmation code. After 30 mins, a lady called me and said that her manager was sick and was not able to come in to get the code. She then explained said she was not able to refund the salad to my credit card and to call store for credit or have a cash refund delivered. I opted to have the cash refund delivered.
