I sent a disconnection notice I had told this place how I was abruptly unemployed and and begged for help and told utility assistance is not provides, my services were disconnected, and I was told when pleading crying on the phone to call cps to set up a payment arrangement. That floored me I sat with no power 2 days when it was really cold and sold my car to reconnect so now instead of me getting back on my feet and wfh I lost job possibility because training started the day cps disconnected so now I'm saving to get another car and catching up on light bill once and for all. They need to stop directing 311 to assist they on my life I tell you will do NOTHING. I believe these organizations are doing something funny because all I needed was $260, yes that's its my friend got her utilities paid that were over $800 immediately so there was no disconnect, she's in another close zip code yet I spent two months everyday pleading and feeling humiliated and hopeless. I attempted suicide from everything going on and taking it one day at a time literally if you can't go to a church for anything I don't know what is left...

This week, we were there to make a prayer request for the mother of a friend who passed away in Mexico a week ago, and we were informed that it would not be possible and that there would only be availability for the month of October. We immediately looked for another church, and they immediately helped us. We even went to mass today, where a special intention was made for his mother. I have no words to express my indignation and sadness at the priest's rules, who apparently has a maximum number of prayer requests at each mass. I am not talking about a birthday. But about a loved one who has passed away. Apparently, this does not matter to this church. As a Brazilian, I have never seen this happen in a Catholic church in Brazil. I express my indignation and inform you that we will think carefully before returning to this church and that we will consider looking for another parish due to the fact that occurred, which was simply a lack of respect in not accepting to make an intention for a loved one who is no longer...
Read moreWonderful church and a great place where you can learn and become involved. They have many programs to get teens involved with their community and become closer to God. They even have a Teen mass where instead of adults, the teens serve. They are the Eucharistic Ministers, Ushers, Readers, and Alter Servers. Many programs and groups like VBS, Youth Serves, Life Teen, Knights of Columbus, Soccer and Baseball team, etc. are all great things to join and ways to get volunteer hours. The mass is beautiful and the people are friendly, and I'm only a teen here...
