DO NOT EVER ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE!!!! JOE IS THE RUDEST PERSON EVER AND SHOULD NOT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I PLACED AN ORDER AT 840 PM AT 845 I WAS CALLED SAYING THEY WERE OUT OF SPINACH THAT WAS FINE I THOUGHT TOLD THEM DBL PEPPERONI WOULD BE FINE. I ALSO COMFIRMED MY APT # AT 903 I WSS CALLED BU THE DRIVER SAYING HE WAS DOWNSTAIRS I GO DOWN STAIES TO MEET HIM BY THE MAILBOX WHERE IT IS LIT ADEQUATELY. I CALL AT 910 AND SPEAK WITH JOE HE SAYS HE WILL CALL THE DRIVER AND SEE WHERE HE IS, HE ALSO CONFIRMS THE APT NUMBER. AT 919 I CALL BACK BECAUSE JOE NEVER CALLED BACK LIKE HE SAID HE WOULD HE SAYS HE WILL TRY TO CALL THE DRIVER AGAIN HE AGAIN SAYS THAT HE WILL CALL ME BACK.. WHICH DOES NOT HAPPEN AT THIS POINT I’M STILL STANDING OUTSIDE. AT 929 I CALL BACK TO BE TOLD THAT THE DRIVER RETURNED AND THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER BECAUSE THE APT # WAS NEVER RECEIVED ??! I RELAYED THAT INFORMATION TWICE. STILL TALKING IN A RUDE AF TONE HE SAYS WELL WE CANCELLED IT AND YOU CANT REORDER BECAUSE THE DRIVER DID NOT FEEL SAFE. YOU’RE TELLING THIS TO SOMEONE WHL WAS STANDING OUTSIDE WAITING FOR A DRIVER WHO NEVER CAME. Read moreH O R R I B L E.. HORRIBLE !! NEVER AGAIN will I step into/order from such an unprofessional workplace! I ordered a big order expecting to treat my family, and instead I got UNCOOKED pizza!!! How hard is it to let the pizza go through the oven?! I might as well have just went to H-E-B and bought my own!! When I called the store to complain, the shift manager “Joe” (so he said his name was) was very quick to dodge my complaints rudely and tell me I’m wrong; other than just simply helping me out! When I walked into the store to get my refund the other manager “Darwin” was telling one of the drivers (a skinny Caucasian male with glasses) to take an order out already, but when the employee went to check the order— he said it was only half way In the oven, meaning it wasn’t done. JUST LIKE MY ORDER. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing!! As I was leaving the store I was chased out passed the next restraunt, kings bowl, being called a ”whre” and was told to “suck a d*k” by the manager who said his name was Darwin & his fellow employee. Read moreIf I could give no stars I would. I will never step foot in this Pizza Hut again. We had to drive back 3 times because the pizza's weren't cooked. It was dough. Straight dough. When I went in the 3rd time the manager was rude and disrespectful. I still think they were playing a joke, because there's no way with his attitude that he could had been the manager. He didn't even get up from eating when I walked in and asked for a manager. He looked over at me and kept eating! He opened the pizza, looked at it, stated "I told him to check it before he left", snatched up the pizza, and told the guy in the back to "throw it back in the oven a second time." At that point I asked for my money back. A manager that can't even look at me or apologize. I didn't want the business. After a few choice words I finally got my money back and left.
