I'd ordered white meat no wings please, no salt on my fries and unsweetened tea NO ice I ordered at 428pm drive tru and waited behind an Suv who was picking up at the window waiting another 13 min or so... then I drove up to window repeated my order white meat no wings etc etc.. then the young man reached out to hand me tea with ICE I'm like uh excuse me I wanted UNSWEET TEA no ICE plz.. so waiting patiently after few min he hands me another tea.. says can you plz park in front to get your fries prepared... I'm like what I been here in line since 4:28 it's now 4:48 shouldn't my fries been done already? and on top why am I having to park in front when the SuV in front of me was sitting here 10 or so minutes.. young man jus shut the window n a young lady comes n hands me a bag... I briefly looked into the bag n seen wings... so I sat there until the young man opens the window.. I Said excuse me but I requested no Wings he says oh yes sorry bout that and tells the young lady standing by him... then after a few more min she hands me the bag n says NO WINGS sorry bout that... so I trusted them to correct my order... as I took off after 35 min or so I went to get gas nearby... something tells me check your order, so I did and noticed all WINGS UUUGGHH (((seriously))) I head back and spoke to mgr in charge as I opened the bag entirely I noticed very lil Fries and said "so I got wings when I had requested none n is the fries look OK to you? she said "oh I'm so sorry I will take care if this" ok so once again I TRUSTED BILL MILLERS to get it right... got home 5:20 or so due to traffic as I opened my bag I notice three piece of chicken ribs without any meat lots of crust.. Read moreTake it from someone who WORKED here for a brief period of time. It’s filthy, it’s unorganized and the managers need some training. First off for those of you looking for an honest and fair review look no further. The food here is okay at best however, the overall business model and operation of the store is complete and utter trash. Which leads me to my next point. Trash. If any of our customers knew how nasty and greasy the sinks were where we wash your dishes and serve your food “hot and fresh” you too would demand a refund immediately. There’s so much more I could write about the mistreatment of employees and the managers failure to have better attitudes towards their employees but that’s a subject that one will have to experience for themselves. But I will say this, when you have a sign right next to your office that clearly states that “ To managers, employees mean everything and to Employees the customer means everything.” It’s a sign that really makes you scratch your head and wonder why there is a sign outside the business (that by golly needs to be fixed from $10 a hour to AN hour no big deal, but it insults the businesses intelligence with simple grammatical errors like this. Seriously. Change it. NOW!) it’s no surprise there are employment opportunities here because obviously they can’t keep good, hardworking employees at a once great fast food chain. Read moreI went to get breakfast tacos and tea on Monday June 1. When I arrived in line it was 9:35 and was able to order at 9:40. The line was long and moved slow. When I go to the window they took payment and have me my. I was then asked to pull to the front as they were waiting on bacon. As I waited I called the restaurant and was told they were still waiting on bacon. I was asked if I wanted a pie as an inconvenience and said I would take a pecan pie. I was waiting so long I had to go in and use the restroom. When I came out I again asked on the status of my order. FINALLY AFTER 45+ MINUTES LATER I was given my tacos and the money back for the tacos ( which was cash eventhough I paid by card). I went home and ate my tacos. Never get any pie BTW. Later that night I went to drink tea and added sweetener to what was supposed to be UNSWEETENED and here I was given a BUCKET of SWEET tea. I called at 10 on 6/2 and spoke to a manager. I was told that they couldn't replace the tea unless I had product to return. REALLY? In the midst of the pandemic (where they no longer refil buckets or cups) they wanted me to return tea to them.
