This is an easy peasy walking/jogging trail in the Medical Center area with no incline, and a mixture of paved and gravel trails (the gravel is not rough gravel). There’s also outdoor workout stations along the trail (see photos).
The trail is a loop and you can get a quick 2.2 miles here. Parts of it are shady if you go in the morning or evening. I’d be careful mid day though - not a lot of shade.
There are two parking lots on opposite sides of the 2.2 mile loop. The address for the main parking lot is at 2889 Babcock Rd, but there is another parking lot near the intersection of Hamilton Wolfe Rd. and Ewing Halsell Dr.
