Horrible experience! So I order 2 large specialty pizzas and a lunch personal pan combo online to be picked up within 30 minutes. I walked in right when the order said it would be ready. As I walk in NOBODY greeted me as if I was an employee and not a buying customer. Then, once I eventually flagged someone down they came to assist and said my food was going to take 10 more minutes. Got it. I wait the 10 minutes and as I’m waiting I see a couple employees out there bare hands in the food without washing or gloves on. Then once they saw I was looking, they proceeded to find gloves. 10 minutes pass and I ask for my food, someone then comes and tells me another 10 minutes. I waited a total of 30 minutes until me food was ready. They bring my food out and one pizza is completely wrong. So they take another 10 minutes to correct it with no compensation for my time. This was almost an hr and a half of waiting. And then to see once I got home the pizza wasn’t cooked through the dough was still doughy. Great pizza but dammm that lady at front is lazy as heck you call she acts stupid and doesn't enter your order . Showed up and damm lady said I never entered order 😒 when I did bs she even hung up on me when calling . Got off for pizza and saw how she was rolling eyes because it was busy.
