It started with the app. I couldn't place an order unless I was logged in, but I couldn't log in. I just kept getting a log-in error. Then, after placing the order on my son's phone,we drove the 10-15 minutes to go pick it up. When we arrived, I was greeted repeatedly, everyone seemed friendly. After I gave my name, a female checked the to go rack, and read my order to me. Then she handed me a bag and a drink carrier and I left. I got home to find I had 1 sandwich combo, 2 add-on coleslaw, 2 Forks, some napkins, our 3 extra sauces, and our 2 drinks. Missing was a second sandwich combo and a Caniac meal. I called and was passed to a manager named Adrian. After explaining what happened, I told him we were headed back up there for the food we didn't get, and asked for the sandwich meal I had gotten to be redone because it would be cold by the time I drove back up there and back home again. (By then it would be 40 minutes to an hour since I picked up the first sandwich.) He agreed to redo our meal and said he would wait til I arrived so it would be the freshest possible. He said to ask for him. When we arrived, I was told he was busy, but the gentleman helping me said he could take care of it and asked what happened. So I explained again. He did get it remade, minus the drinks, because I told him we were good with the drinks. I placed my order at 10 pm, it wasn't until 11:36 when I finally made it back home to be able to eat. This was my second time visiting a Raising Cains, and I can't say the food was worth the hassle. I don't think I'll be going back. $42 was a bit much for some chicken that took an hour and a half to get, 2 hours if you include the half hour wasted trying to log in to place the order in the...

Updated review: This place has gone downhill recently:

Ordered extra crispy chicken. Came out UNDERcooked--very very juicy/wet and still slightly pink and not hot. Not sure how you cook them extra and they come out undercooked? Maybe smart-ass cook annoyed by the request sent out raw food, maybe I just got chicken that was already sitting there and the cook stood there for five minutes before sending out.

Have had multiple problems at this location over the last couple of months with food. Order extra crispy through the drive thru and you're gonna get a melted Styrofoam box because they throw it in straight from molten fryer without a paper or foil liner. Last time my tea was full of tea leaves--took a big ole swig and got a mouth full of bitter grit, just about threw up.

The parking lot is very small. Go at peak time and you can barely get into the lot, and then you can't find a parking spot because the employees take up more than half the available spots. The drive thru backs up and wraps around and you get trapped in your spot by the line when you try to leave.

Today is the straw that broke the camels back. Won't continue wasting...

I visited your establishment on 1/16/2024, at 10:59 am (check no 10001), and I felt compelled to share my recent experience, hoping that this feedback reaches upper management or the franchise owner.

From the moment I walked in, I noticed a decline in customer service. The front cashier seemed distracted, and I was greeted by the drive-thru person instead. After paying, I was surprised to see a price increase on my receipt, which was disheartening.

When I received my order, I couldn't help but feel disappointed. The chicken strips were noticeably smaller, and it felt like a significant portion decrease. As a long-time customer, I am concerned about the direction the quality and value of the meals are heading.

I believe in providing feedback to help businesses improve, and I hope this message reaches those who can address these issues. While I understand the challenges of inflation, it's essential to maintain customer satisfaction. There are other dining options with better prices, customer service, and portions.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope to see positive changes in the...

I never thought I would be writing such a negative review about a place I frequently visit. However, I feel compelled to share my recent experience. I requested an additional 4 minutes on my chicken, as I prefer not to eat it without the breading. I was assured three times, once when I first placed my order, again at the drive-thru window, and a third time when the food was handed to me, that my request would be fulfilled. Unfortunately, when I got home, I noticed that my order was not made the way I had asked for, making it unpleasant to eat. They also forgot to add straws and the Louisiana hot sauce I had asked for at the drive through window. I then contacted the store to ensure my concerns were addressed, and was informed that a new policy had been implemented, stating that the chicken could only remain in the fryer for one minute. It is frustrating, however, that I was told three separate times that the chicken could stay in the fryer for an additional three minutes, only to be informed after receiving my order that this new policy was in place. Do better:(

Okay first off let's just say coming to the drive through can be very tricky and very dangerous because they're are a lot of customers walking through the drive through area, so customers beware of customers not even paying attention because they can get hit by a vehicle be aware of your Surrounding. And crossing to the drive through area Because of the parking that's right in front of the drive through area I don't think canes though it through, when they were doing the construction. So if you're turning In coming from potraco, which the restaurant is right in front of potranco you couldn't go in because they're is a line wrapped around, Bar 7 So technically you have to enter off 151 and pass Las Palapas. Also be prepared to wait because of the line is ridiculous

I’ve been to countless Raising Canes before but never did i think I would have to leave a review on one.The bland taste that just touched my tongue is out of this world. Fries weren’t salted, You can taste the food was not made with care and love. I don’t know if Canes is doing some budget cuts but this is not the location to go to! Not to mention when I received my two sweet teas, I was given NO straws. So now I can’t wash down the bland taste on my palate. On top of that we got extra fries with both meals plus an extra fry(because why not on the way home) and we were handed TWO…2 ketchup packets with all the fries we just ordered. What a SCAM!!Absoluty never again!!!!!!!!!!!
