I had ordered take out. We had the General Tso with spicy fried rice, Orange Chicken with regular fried rice, and two orders o wings(supposed to be 6 pieces each.
The General Tso’s was as could be expected. Nothing really stood out to be different from the ones you would get from other Chinese restaurants, except that this one’s batter seemed a little on the soggy side. Other than that it tasted the same as the rest. The spicy rice wasn’t really all that spicy either.
My wife had the Orange Chicken with regular fried rice. Just like above, this doesn’t stand out as being separate from all the Orange Chicken dishes one would find at any other Chinese restaurant. In her words the rice seemed more like clave plain fried rice with a little hint of flavoring and color to separate it from regular steamed rice.
What can we say, though. We are plain, simple people with plain palettes. I guess my main critique will be on the wings.
I ordered two orders of six wings each, one lemon pepper and the other Cajun. We broke open the boxes when we got home to see what seemed like baked wings, which I have nothing agains, because marinated or seasoned right, they can take the pallet soaring to places in your stomach you never even knew existed. (LOL) These wings seemed the same, although I was shorted one wing in one box. Oh well! I paid for it, I know, but hey, someone just miscounted.
I took a bite out of the first one which I am guessing was supposed to be lemon pepper rub, although no rub was visible. Nothing. It was plain chicken. My wife took a bite out of hers. No lemon pepper either. She finished it and left it at that. I had a wing from the other box. No flavor either. So what does a paid patron do? Of course, call and make a friendly complaint. I closed the boxes with what whole wings I had left, one with 3 (as it had 5 to begin with) and the other with 4 (as my wife had eaten one and I had eaten another).
After a few minutes of straightening things out I was driving out of my garage to make a 10 minute drive back to the restaurant. When I got there no apology was made, but was told to wait a few minutes while they fixed my order. I waited. After about 10 mins I was on my way back to the house. Happy to finally sit down and give them another chance I cracked open the box to see that this time I was given 4 pieces of each flavor. The ribs were visible and they could be tasted. My wife and I were expecting a full order of each, 6 lemon pepper and 6 Cajun—both rubs—but no. 4 of each was all I got.
I would give more stars, for a good or greater rating, even, but this establishment can perhaps get a little better in their service. Mind you, they have only been open for 2.1/2 weeks or so, so there is definitely much room for improvement.
P.S. I was told their good dishes would be among their seafood, especially their boiling lunches and the like. Perhaps, but only God knows if or when we will be back to this establishment.
P.S.S. Nothing against the hostess as she was very friendly and was good at making conversation as I waited. The teller was also good in answering questions. But much room for improvement in other areas. Maybe it would have been a different if we actually sat down to eat there, but we had a sleeping baby in the car and….

Read moreThe food is always five stars so that is never the issue. It is the service I never ever ever write reviews, but today was actually so disgusting I had to I had gotten off of work and I knew exactly what I wanted for lunch. I come up there to get a seafood bottle and there is an another lady in front of me. I’m not trying to listen in on the conversation, but I did and what I observed was pretty appalling. The woman in front of me wanted a simple shrimp fried rice with a side of sesame chicken, and the woman that was taking the orders said to her with the most nastiest attitude we can’t do that and the lady in front of me was trying to keep her calm so she ended up getting her food and and went to go sit in the waiting area now it’s my turn to order I go up and I order but I did not want any egg or sausage. The woman had a nasty attitude when I said that I didn’t want the egg or sausage and she said, with the most nastiest attitude, you don’t want egg or sausage and I said no I don’t. I’m fine with extra corn or extra potatoes, and then she asked me what seasoning I wanted and I wanted lemon pepper and Cajun mild not spicy. That’s what I said and she wanted to tell me that the Cajun is spicy and I said that I had been there before and they can make it where it’s not spicy you just add more of the lemon pepper , and then she said underneath her breath well, it has chili powder in it so it’s gonna be spicy and at that point I was not even trying to fight and or argue with this bimbo the entire ordering process felt like I was getting on her nerves for simply ordering if she had a bad day, take that up with management or just don’t come in. Don’t take that out on customers that pay your bills anyway, I go to sit down and wait for my food and tell me why my food comes out before Her does, and she ask well where is my food because she got there first and she turned around and said to the lady in the most disgusting way possible the rice isn’t done yet y’all need to talk to the people that work there because I’ve gone there a couple times, and I’ve never ever had a bad experience and I absolutely love the food but the service alone will make me never want...

I have eaten Asian food in countless places, but SAT Asian Seafood Restaurant & Bar is definitely the No.1 in my heart. From food, service to environment, everything is impeccable. It is simply heaven on earth!
🦐 The food is amazing: The seafood is super fresh and you can taste the taste of the sea in every bite. I ordered their signature garlic lobster and Thai spicy and sour shrimp soup, which are delicious, precisely seasoned, and cooked to perfection. Especially recommend their salt and pepper soft shell crab and seafood fried rice, which are perfect!
🍹 The bar is also very advanced: The bartenders are first-class, and the cocktails are both creative and balanced. My favorites are "Lychee Martini" and "Spicy Mango Mojito". It's so enjoyable to drink while eating seafood.
👨🍳 Family-friendly service: The waiter is very professional and enthusiastic. He introduced each dish clearly before it was served, and he would also recommend a combination that suits our taste. Even the small details are taken care of very thoughtfully, making people feel at home.
🌺 Elegant and comfortable environment: The decoration is stylish and modern, and it incorporates Asian elements. The atmosphere is especially suitable for dating, family dinners or gatherings with friends. The background music is soft, the lighting is just right, and it is not noisy. It is a place where you can enjoy food slowly.
