This has probably been the worst experience here yet, although I work around the corner I d come here often, I came in this morning for at 10:20, I asked how long lunch was being served and the young lady told me until 11:00 , so I had to settle for breakfast insteadbofbthe lunch I came for. I ordered the Fully loaded croissant sandwich meal, food was warm came within a few minutes, open up the wrapper to fimdbout they left off the bacon, took it back and 10 seconds later they brought my sandwich back to me with 1 bacon strip broken up into 2 and cold on my sandwich...smh I then went to get a drinkbfrombtje soda foumtain, every single drink from the soda machine had no carbonation in it, there are 2 drink machines in the lobby, the one on the left has had the same sign on it for 2 years and I am not over exaggerating. The sign says Our machine is out of order right now. We apologize for the inconvenience Thank you but for 2 years, also they advertise orange soda and HI-C punch not only is there none ever in the machines in the lobby but there isn't any behind the counters either. The place is also a law suit waiting to happen because when I walked in the floors were super slippery, I know this burger king is considered in the hood and the employees there reflect that at times, the quality has got to get better enough is enough from a franchise that is suppose to be superior to other burger places, please get people in here who care and please get rid of that broken soda machine that has not worked in over 2...
Read moreOrdered on Uber Eats, and what I ordered was 2 Bacon King with no ketchup (I'm allergic to onions) and no mayo, with mustard added. I also got two fries, but that's not important here. What I GOT was two soggy, wimpy, cold, bacon king burgers with what appears to be a single slice of cheese split in half and placed half on one burger, the other half on the other, and absolutely COVERED in mayo and ketchup. Neither had mustard, and one of them had lettuce for some reason. I have no idea how someone can be so completely, utterly terrible at the thing they do every single day. Imagine spending 8 hours a day, 5 days a week doing a thing and being bad at it. It's almost unimaginable, and yet here we are. "Don't put these things on my burger" is just too hard for them. Don't come here. Don't support businesses that employ such incompetent people. It's a sad statement when a person isn't even worth minimum wage. Unbelievable. Read moreShake machine is always "down". It's been like this for at least a couple of months. Idk if they just don't want to pay for a new machine or if the employees are just too lazy to make a shake. Either way this is unacceptable to be going on for so long. On Christmas Eve I went in and ordered my food through the app. No one but me was inside the restaurant and the online order was obviously mine. One of the cooks even admitted to knowing this. The manager let me and my food sit there for 15 minutes without saying anything to me and then went to the back of the kitchen. I finally asked one of the other cooks if my order was ready. The manager came back around and shoved my order at me saying "here". No "thank you", "have a nice day", and definitely no apology about the delay. There's also been a couple of times I placed an online order before heading over and the dining room has been closed during normal business hours. I'm going to avoid this place...
