I went this weekend to eat here for the first time, there was not that many people eating inside so we got down and went inside,The girl who took my order was nice however how she was getting treated was horrible he was a short guy with glasses not sure if he was manager or what but When I went up to ask for a portion of gravy he yelled at her “stay in the front “ what are you doing back here Literally 2 people in dinning area no line,someone from the back Gave me my portion of gravy the second time I went up there I asked for refills she got it for me and I also asked her if I could get bacon bits and cheese for my salad she went to the back and asked not even all the way in the back half way so she wouldn’t leave her area and this gentleman from the back yelled at her again why are you back here AGAIN get to the front!! There was no one else in the front to help her to do the asking in the back it was just her the other people were looking at the front wondering who was yelling, because he was Like yelling NOT talking loud YELLING!! I felt embarrassed for the cashier girl I didn’t even wanna go back up and ask for anything else thinking I was gonna get her in trouble, A few moments later when I went to sit down that cashier girl went to the restroom crying and my little girl Saw told me. I recently went to this location after work one day. I didn't feel good and just wanted something simple like a baked potato to take home.

There was only one other customer at the counter and apparently he was extremely important because he had an order for the next day that came out to around $200.

There was a manager taking his order, and one cashier helping him. The manager was reading the order (one item at a time) to the cashier as he entered it into the cash register. This took at least 5 to 7 minutes. Then they take his credit card to process the order and the card was no good. The guy makes a stupid laugh and says he'll just come by tomorrow with a good credit card. What a rude jerk.

Why did the manager need the assistance of the only cashier that was available? He could have rang it up himself so the cashier could wait on me.

I was barely acknowledged until the confusion of the transaction with the previous customer subsided.

Then when my order was ready they just throw the bag at me with little thank you for coming. I've had this experience at the Bill Millers on Broadway...

I was starving so yes I ate all of my food. Also my kids say I am too picky when it comes to service, but I don't agree. When I eat out am am paying to be served. The staff was friendly but sooo disappointed in the food. I ordered a Salad delight, with sweet tea and small fries. I did ask for no cheese or tomatoes. So instead of them making me a fresh salad they just removed the toppings leaving cheese in the bottom of my salad. Also I used to love this salad. It came with fresh sliced turkey which is still shown on the picture. Instead I got a crumbled up price of what I believe was a less than fresh chicken leg. Don't get me wrong I love dark meat but half of the crumbled prices were hard/dried out, so it took me several bites to enjoy some of the salad. What happened to the fresh sliced turkey????
